I have stayed many times in the past at the hotel and it is a good level of IBIS, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and very good breakfast at low cost. location is just outside La Defense so a decent walk into main area and offices but close to good some restaurants, will stay again in the future

When booking the information mentions that all taxes are included, and I booked well in advance in order to not have changes in prices. However, in ibis Paris La Défense Courbevoie a Taxe Régionale Additionnelle Mobilité 3,00 euros is added to the price booked before. I have been in other IBIS in Paris throughout 2023 and 2024 (Gold Client) and I have never had this additional when booking in advance. The information in the ibis Paris La Défense Courbevoie was also very bad and the receptionist named "Amar" was also rude and didn´t provide enough information.
