Our stay at the hotel with a teams was extremely disappointing. For several days, all guests, including ourselves, were freezing due to a malfunctioning heating system. Despite requests for a small electric heater, none were provided after three days. Attempts to escalate the issue were met with indifference; the available manager showed a complete lack of initiative and even shouted at guests instead of addressing the concerns. This hotel is not a suitable choice if you want a comfortable stay—it's the kind of place where you're likely to get sick.

We are satisfied. The hotel is clean. Our reservation was in place as booked. The staff is friendly and smiling. The Hotel is near the Messe München. It is important to me to book direct with the service provider Ibis. As exhibitors I received hundreds of propositions from freelance agents who try to hitch a ride and propos rooms for the Messe. I will never give in to this and dynamic pricing is not interesting for me the customer. Sincerely yours

The hotel has good and neat rooms well furnished. Though compact, they are comfortable. The lobby is spacious and ambient. The food is good. The location is quite convenient for tourists. The locality is silent and we can relax will in such places.
