The hotel is in a very convenient location. The facilities are really nice, especially the swimming pool, sauna, and the small yet functional gym. The room was also modern and well appointed, however it was really hot and the climate control didn't seem to work too well.

I’m sorry that the room temperature was not comfortable for you. Regarding the air conditioning, please allow me to explain that we monitor temperature changes very closely during the transitional season and strive to turn on the system at the right moment to conserve resources and avoid producing unnecessary cold air. Well located in Munich but parking is limited

Dear Mr J., I am very pleased that you took the time to review your visit with us at Novotel München City. Thank you for your positive review, the praise for the location, and also for your critique regarding the parking options. Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you had to deal with. Unfortunately, a centrally located property like ours has its drawbacks with regard to parking, so many of our guests prefer to travel by public transportation. We really appreciate your good marks in other aspects and are more than happy to pass them along to the respective staff members. The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Ironing room was a good invention as it was better equipped than traditional in-room ironing boards. Hotel location was quite good (near the city and multiple types of public transport). Breakfast was really great in terms of the variety and quality. The only disappointment was the air conditioning that didn't really do much cooling when the outside temperatures were around +25 ... +28 degrees in Celsius.
