I had a comfortable two weeks stay in a quiet standard room at the inner side of the hotel. The Novotel Muenchen City is well-located, not far from the city centre, in a quiet area, Haidhausen, with some good cafes and restaurants.

Clean and well presented hotel in a central Munich location. Spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast options and times. Only complaint is the shower leaked into the bathroom.

Wonderful hotel, but they need to get rid of the carpet in the rooms. Full of dust and mold.

The location is great, very close to the subway station. The food was also great, the breakfast buffet is full of options and even has a gluten-free station, so it is very worth it. However, the rooms are small with barely no closet space. Also, we had so troubles with the cleaning team that skipped our room for a day (and we didnt have the skip clean sign out the door, or the do not disturb).

Great reception desk service plus I was allowed an early check in, which was really important after my long flight from China! The bed was the only problem and the matters protector under the sheets makes it a bit uncomfortable.
