Missing maintenance of the bathroom. Sink: water outlet leaky; Shower: shower hose leaky and glass door seal leaky. Consequence after morning toilet: flooded bathroom. Annoying. Slow check-in.

I was unpleasantly surprised that a 4 star hotel does not offer basic amenities: shower gel!, vanity kit, slippers (especially as you have a pool).

Lovely family stay. Great breakfast, fantastic staff. Only criticism is that we booked this as it is meant to be a family friendly hotel with a swimming pool. The swimming pool is so cold and totally unsuitable for kids, my 5 year old was shivering and lips turning blue within five mins. The pool area could be amazing for families as a break between sightseeing but instead was a real disappointment.
