Your parking lot is so small that I don't think you should even say you have parking. I was lucky to get a spot but was told that if I exit to go drive somewhere for the day, I might not get a spot when I came back. Fortunately, we were walking everywhere but the lack of a guaranteed spot in a tiny parking lot would've complicated our stay if we had wanted to drive somewhere. And, I wasn't told of the cost up front.
