Pretty dissatisfied, couldn't relax at all in the room. The room was not too clean (dirty floor), and not soundproof - you could hear everyone on the corridor and the neighbouring rooms. The AC did not cool down the room at all, so it got pretty warm inside and opening the window was not a solution, since the street stays quite loud at night as well.

A little compact but handy, practical & surprisingly quiet room. Enjoyed being able to have a coffee, tea or hot chocolate especially as it was so cold then. Nice & helpful staff. I hope I can come back soon
