I paid for parking at the hotel reception, yet I was still issued a Parking Charge Notice. I’ve contacted the hotel 10+ times, sent full proof of payment, and was repeatedly assured it would be sorted – but nothing has been resolved. Now, over a year later, I’m still fighting this and being threatened with legal action. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

I had an unbelievable bad experience with Justin De Souza from the Front Desk. I forgot my toiletry bag in the hotel room in the morning. In the night of the same day I have realized that I forgot my bag. Justin De Souza told me that ibis styles has no acces to Lost & Found room during the night. How is that possible that a hotel has no access to Lost & Found 24/7? Is that so complicates to have second key for the room? The result was that I was not able to pick my bag before my international fly. After that Jelilat Ogunlaja (Teamleader Front Desk) told me that I need to pay a international courier to pick my bag. This is no customer experience. From my point of view Jelilat Ogunlaja and Justin De Souza have the right mindset for the Front Desk Job.

Overall stay okay a few itrms missing kettle coffee,tea facilities not available, problem when trying to open the door with the card.
