Staff member I spoke to was efficient, which I really appreciated as I got in very late at night. It was clean for the most part, not completely immaculate but for a budget hotel in London it was fine. One of the lights wasn’t working also but didn’t really need it as was basically just sleeping then getting up to leave. Quite far outside of the city centre, but again, for the price, nothing to complain about, and if you plan well, you’ll be alright. About 15 minutes walk from a tube station. Comfortable bed, good size room as well.

My stay was overall good. The check-in process was smooth, and the cleanliness was excellent. The housekeeper on my floor (I think her name was Monica, although I’m not completely sure) always kept my room spotless and well organized. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The main downside was the smell of the carpet. The first room I was assigned had a wall with water damage and peeling paint, and there was a strong musty smell. There were also very few food options nearby, and the hotel is not very close to the train station. The air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough for the London heat, there were no power outlets next to the bed, and the room lighting was a bit poor. However, the bathroom lighting was excellent. Overall, despite these issues, the staff’s kindness and the high standard of cleanliness made for a pleasant stay.
