The rooms were extremely hot, and noisy from the big avenue that n front of our window. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing to complain about.

Hotel comfortable and clean but messed up bookings demanding payment for room already paid for and leaving threatening message demanding attendance at reception when we were out. Then later denying it until we showed proof. no apology. Rats on approach.

The check in and interactions with staff were really good as my room keycard didn't work so I couldn't get into my room. They quickly sorted out a new keycard and I was back into my room. The only real problem I would say is the TV. The Freeview channels are out of date and on the wrong number channels. I believe that it's been years since that they've been updated.

Hotel and staff were great but ground floor room with no aircon, facing a busy main road so can’t have window open made it too hot and an unpleasant stay. Room fan provided but not powerful enough. Rooms have 1 double plug and no usb sockets

Stay was good. When I booked i specifically asked if I would have to pay for parking my car. I was told "NO", when we got there I was charged. We had 3 rooms, in all 3 rooms only 1 socket was working. There's no AC but plug in fans were available. Do we use the fan or charge our mobile fones??? If u have 2 ppl in one room u need at least 2 working sockets. I would say at least 4 sockets should be available.

Stayed two nights. Had to move after first night because of a problem with the toilet, but was given another room with no fuss. Good value hotel about 15 minutes easy walk from Barking station. Big TESCO just 5 minutes' walk. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Would happily stay here again. Car parking is charged at £12 overnight for hotel guests, which is excessive in my opinion. No other parking nearby so drivers are held to ransom in effect. It should be half that price!

My first few days of vacation were ruined due to a thief case in your hotel. My passport, smartphone, wallet, cash were gone in the room during mid-night. Your hotel manager checked the CCTV and replied my a thief got in my room at about 11pm and took my belongings. It’s an unbelievable and unacceptable experience to stay there.
