Apparently if I came later, then my booking would have been revoked? Even thought ibis is 24/7 reception and I called to confirm I can check in if I come late. This really should be something you disclose when people making bookings or you're setting them up for awful situations

According to our system records, you arrived at approximately 2:00 am and were checked in at that time.
