In the first place, I had not intended to book your hotel but the red Ibis because yours is ibis budget in blue. I booked your hotel accidetenal whilst trying to book the other Ibis hotel and I only realised the difference after making payment online. poor me Your rooms are small, very cold with little toy heater , not hot feed for breakfast in the morning , £20 charged for early check in , more expensive than any hotel I can remember , £10 charged for overnight packing You fob customers off by calling your hotel Ibis Budget and on arrival you show them what you are made off . everything so expensive with poor service/ low capacity

Terrible. We stayed there as we were attending my uncles funeral. We paid to park our vehicle in the secure car park and it was stolen. The staff would not allow us to view the cctv and were not helpful at all

Its in good location and secure car park. Very uncomfortable bed. Very dusty room. It was last mins things for me thats why iv booked this hotel. Will try utmost to avoid it.

The hotel has a very good price/quality relation. It is classified as a 2-star hotel, but feels like a 3 or 4 star one. The quality and cleaness of the room is very good, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Only caveat I would have is that the key cards to enter the room sometimes stop working after a short period, and would have to ask the staff for a new one.
