Il ya un jeune asian franchement is very professionnel every Time he see you is standing up from his chair always have Smile I think it work night time a the reception this Guy is the best for this hôtel should be come manager - i had one problème only I wanted to paye for one more Time and this women wanted my Bank détail she look arabe indien if i remember how can hôtel ask for you Bank détail I dont understand I never give it to her im to clever for that but she was not Bad with me but this part I dont see it to professionnel

Apparently if I came later, then my booking would have been revoked? Even thought ibis is 24/7 reception and I called to confirm I can check in if I come late. This really should be something you disclose when people making bookings or you're setting them up for awful situations
