Professional service and ideally located right in front of the tram stop, making it extremely convenient. The room was a decent size (not too small) and clean. However, the bathroom setup had some drawbacks: the toilet door was not soundproof, which was quite inconvenient. Although the shower is essentially integrated into the room, we didn't find it uncomfortable. On the other hand, the washbasin was very small, and the faucet was difficult to use. The breakfast room is comfortable and well-lit, offering a great view of the city. The buffet was somewhat limited, and items that ran out weren't replenished quickly. Overall, the value for money is still very good.

Rooms were cool for the stay. But disrespect from a staff at the restaurant during breakfast. Very unpleasant lady.

The room is too small for two people, and there isn't even a small closet for clothes. The shower is literally in the room, with a transparent door, which makes it uncomfortable to share the room with another person (there is no bathroom as such, just a shower and toilet in the room). The toilet is very high, which makes it very uncomfortable... I had to go to reception every time I needed to use the bathroom. In addition, the room was never cleaned properly (I suspect it wasn't even cleaned at all), I kept finding things under the sheets (once it was a slipper I left under the bed). Maybe this would happen in any hostel, but in this hotel and for this price, it was very disappointing. Other than that, the staff was always very friendly.
