Stayed for a visit to the Christmas markets and a concert. Perfect location. Only a 10 min walk to the centre. Parking close by and reasonably priced. Helpful staff and lovely room.

We stayed at this Accor hotel during our recent UK visit. During our week stay, we stayed at numerous Accor branded hotels. This property was our least favourite. The front desk staff were friendly, however, not well supported. Everytime we walked past the reception area there was always a queue and the staff did their best despite the long queues. Our room was the standard ibis room which was fine, however, the mattress was old and sinking in the middle, very uncomfortable. The hotel location is good and easily walkable to the city centre. Future stays will not be at this same property.
