One of the team members on reception (he's from Georgia) left a great impression. He kindly gave me useful advice on where to go in the city and he reminded me that I a free drink with my Accor membership. Overall he was very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed and at ease on my arrival.

A city break that didn’t disappoint. The hotel was in a great location and clean, although slightly tired deco. Our mugs weren’t washed during our stay and we ran out of tea bags, milk and toilet paper! All rectified quickly. Breakfast was nice.

Our stay was sufficient, central to everything you can want and need. The staff were friendly with every interaction. Only downside was the bedding was stained, room was quite dusty and there were hairs in the bathroom, the ceiling also had stains. I never brought it up with staff cause it wasn't too much of an issue. Thank you for having us though! Didn't ruin our experience whatsoever.
