Visited Ibis Manchester Centre Princess Street for the first time recently and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Every team member I encountered from management and reception, to breakfast and housekeeping, were super friendly and attentive - it was clear to me that they wanted to ensure I had the best possible stay. The hotel itself is centrally located, a quick walk away from Piccadilly Station, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and a decent shower space. If you’re looking for a decent hotel that is conveniently located and fairly priced with quality service, I highly recommend opting for this hotel.

Given an early check in as members, but the room was incredibly hot even with the window open! The staff gave us a fan but the noise of it didn't allow us to sleep!!!

Staff members very friendly and helpful. Room not great extremely unhappy. Pit in a complaint regarding stay. No rest or sleep. Paid to check out late 3pm left at midday. Requesting a full refund
