Start with positive, good location and looked after bags until check in and after checkout. A nice friendly lady greeted us. Chose this hotel as wanted a breakfast before heading off sight seeing and it says they had gluten free options,we even messaged to check and were assured would be catered for. Come first breakfast asked for gluten free bread and 2 slices were brought out nothing else offered to go with it. Went to look at buffet breakfast to see what i could have and no ingredient nfo on anything. Thought should be safe with bacon only to find it in the same food storage with the sausages big no no .I said i couldnt have this as a big cross contamination risk and was brought 2 slices of bacon from the kitchen again not offered anything else whatsoever to go with it So that was all i had for my £12 breakfast. I went to reception on way out to cancel the next days breakfast as was nothing to have and was told yes and refunded £10 .wss then told there was an allergy folder but i was not told or offered it. £24 if cost me for 1 bacon sandwich plus i had to go out looking for breakfast the following day.If you have a diary need avoid this hotel as just a stress you dont need when you are supposed to be having a nice break.

The parking is good, the room was very small but had what we needed. Nice to have a bar but chairs were hard and not comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly I think the ones eho werent have different idea of hospitality.

On arrival I was given an accessible room, that my wheelchair could not get in the room due to the bed being in the way, i could only get the wheelchair in by folding the wheelchair, if I was wheelchair bond ( couldn’t walk at all) i wouldn’t of been able to get the wheelchair into the room at all (room 425) this was dealt with and I given another room given,(135) pillows uncomfortable didn’t sleep that well got to sleep about 2am only to be woken about 4.30am by the to turning its on and couldn’t get back to sleep, when i mentioned this when i checked out, all they said was the would look into it so it didn’t happen to the next customers, no offer of a discount or a free breakfast/ coffee

I booked twin room so didn't have to sleep with person coming with me. We given a ton with 2 single beds pushed together. Both beds had big dip in middle the mattress topper did not hide this and they extremely uncomfortable. Part bedside cabinet hanging off. Dust in many places. Not worth £170 price shocking for state of the beds
