Hotel ok but lack of staff and lack of heating in rooms. Breakfast cold every morning and over cooked. Staff had many jobs to do at one time. Not acceptable

I was staying for three nights and working over in Stratford. I don’t think the area is particularly safe for young women (30’s) and there were so many issues with the room that were just never rectified.
