Long weekend in Bordeaux. Hotel busy with rugby supporters but good atmosphere. Main problem with rooms. Looking very dated and basic. Could improve with new carpets and redecoration.

Did the job, but not 4 star

We stayed here for a RWC game, the hotel is 'nice' but the rooms are so dark inside. I know you don't visit somewhere for the room, but they were pretty off putting. Our bathroom was fine but tiles were falling off our friends bathroom walls. It was expensive for what it was, it is also a good 15 minutes walk to the tram/riverfront. Breakfast was very busy, they kept running out of food/plates/glasses and were very slow to replace anything. I would stay closer to the center of Bordeaux if we visit again.

Okay location - okay stay

Okay hotel after my opinion, but room feels very old and worn down. Okay, breakfast. Think I will come again.

Good reception, nice service but poor breakfast

Short-term business appointment and coincidentally at the same time as the Rugby World Cup. The hotel staff skillfully managed the onslaught of rugby fans, so that we as individual guests also felt welcome. Unfortunately, in the morning we had the worst breakfast ever in an Accor hotel.

Huge rooms, queen size bed, coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, plenty of soaps, towels, free WiFi, beds made room cleaned daily, breakfast typical French choices of hams, cheeses, bread, eggs, croissants etc..Great location, near trams, bars and restaurants. Close to River, beautiful city. Very popular with cyclists.
