Bonjour, Merci beaucoup pour votre retour détaillé. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'accueil, l'entretien de l'hôtel ainsi que la chambre qui vous a été attribuée. Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre séjour ait été perturbé par la température de la chambre, le bruit extérieur et la lumière automatique dans le couloir. Concernant la température, malheureusement, notre système actuel ne permet pas de faire fonctionner à la fois la climatisation et le chauffage. Les températures particulièrement douces en journée pendant le mois de février ont compliqué la gestion du chauffage. Nous n'avons pas pu l'éteindre, car les nuits demeuraient fraîches. Quant à la lumière automatique dans le couloir, nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous excuser pour ce désagrément. Nous allons étudier la possibilité d'ajuster ce système afin d'améliorer le confort de nos clients. Bien cordialement Géraldine Chateau Directrice d'exploitation

Unfortunately, we were unable to offer you an upgrade during your stay.
