Dear Isabelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the air conditioning and television in your room. During your stay on June 23rd and 24th, Bordeaux experienced exceptionally high temperatures approaching 43°C, resulting in an unusually heavy demand on our air conditioning system throughout the hotel. While this does not diminish the inconvenience you experienced, it unfortunately led to technical difficulties that affected a number of rooms. We also regret the issue encountered with the television, which clearly should have been functioning properly during your stay. As a professional yourself, you will certainly appreciate that despite rigorous maintenance procedures, technical equipment can occasionally be placed under exceptional strain during extreme weather conditions. Nevertheless, we fully recognize that the comfort expected by our guests must remain our priority and that's the reason why we started a full aircon renovation on May 26, which will offer in the next months an individual comfort to each room. Please accept our sincere apologies for these shortcomings, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions in the future. Dear sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that your arrival did not meet your expectations. While our official check-in time is from 2:00 p.m., we understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your room, and we regret that you felt you had to insist before receiving an update. Please accept our apologies for this experience. We are also sorry to learn about the hot water issue you encountered.
