The rooms are newly renovated and are well appointed. The hotel's communal areas felt a little corporate in comparison with the character of the rooms. Unfortunately no air conditioning across the hotel was operating during our stay on what was a very warm evening in October. Underground parking was fantastic and had plenty of spaces. Quite a distance on foot from the city centre but there were e-scooter rentals not far from the hotel.

My experience was not great: Starting with restaurant: Service was slow. I did not get the drink I ordered. Then the food I was served was cold and dry and when I made the remark to the personnel, I was told that it was the way they were serving food... The heating and AC system was not working in the room. When I sked at reception to get it to work, i was told that in fall, heating and AC was shut down in rooms... Now they were heating the corridors of the hotel, pure non-sense. The bath room was not clean, molds were present in the corners of the shower, the shower door was broken

As for the condition of the rooms, we will investigate the cleanliness and maintenance issues you raised to avoid such incidents in the future. Regarding the ventilation, we are currently experiencing significant temperature variations at this time of year and are of course impacted by the weather. To better adapt to these, the air conditioning and heating are not turned on. During this period, the ventilation has an air circulation effect in the room, with air being drawn from outside by our air handling unit and thus depending on the weather either bringing in fresh air or warmer air. Dangerous bath tub

Good breakfast and bed. The bath tub has curved sides so your feet are together making it very hard to keep your balance. I almost fell twice. Getting out was extremely difficult. It was 2 1/2 feet down to the floor with no hand rail. Nice place but don’t take a bath.
