The hotel is well located and can arrange parking for car which was really helpful. Restaurant is an amazing Japanese style and a must for all visitors to Bordeaux. Accommodation is modern with a historical frontage so good beds and great nights sleep.

This is a beautiful hotel! Though it’s not in the center it’s very easy to get to the center by train that is only a 5 minute walk. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxing and the spa services are incredible. Thomas, who checked me in was so helpful throughout my whole stay. I didn’t have an itinerary and he was great with his suggestions and all the restaurants he recommended were amazing. He was very knowledgeable regarding châteaus and wine tours as well. I was very impressed with the customer service. It was a really great experience staying here.

We booked two rooms and two nights through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts for our trip to France. After a 24-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel only to find they had only one room in their system and were fully booked and told us we need to find a different hotel for the other guests, then I provided proof of my reservation for two rooms, and they acknowledged the mistake but struggled to find a solution. After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, we decided to have dinner while they figured it out. Dinner was delicious, but the service was lackluster and the staff clearly needed more training. An hour and a half later, no one updated us. We had expected that someone would get us to keep us informed as I had made it very clear we would be dining at the hotel restaurant, but that never happened. I had to return to the front desk, where they finally found a second room, but only for one night. They told us we would have to switch rooms the following day. We were not thrilled by this, but we were willing to accomodate. However, the next day, the morning staff seemed unaware of the situation and, once again, told us that they didn't have a room for us and we would have to find a different hotel. After speaking to a manager, few hours later after went out for lunch they arranged for us to stay in the same rooms for another night. While we appreciate the final effort, it is frustrating and unprofessional that we were repeatedly told that we would have to get a different hotel to make up for your establishments mistake. Then, to have that not effectively communicated to the staff the following morning, just added to the negative experience. This should have been solved the night before, when the issue was brought to your team's attention. It is unprofessional that we had to deal with the stress all over again the second day.  When it was time to check out, we requested assistance with our luggage. After 10 minutes of waiting, no one came, and I had to ask the front desk again still no one show up for other 5 minutes so I did it myself. The overall experience was frustrating, with disorganized and poorly trained staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant. We had heard good things about your hotel, and good experience with there other restaurant in Napa, but found the entire experience a poor way to start our travels.
