Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff in a beautiful setting. The hotel is gorgeous and has fantastic amenities - pool, gym, spa, restaurant and great rooms. All in an excellent location.

The hotel was clean, the staff incredibly friendly and housekeeping kept our room well in order. Only downside is the location being out of the center and chatron itself. The restaurant is great, special shoutout to the sommelier who enthusiastically helped us pick specialty tea instead of wine as we don't drink alcohol. Only minor overlook is the coffee quality, as it pales completely next to the wine, tea and the breakfast buffets other culinary delights.

We complained every day about the air in the rooms Someone brought us a fan which never helped. Rooms were very uncomfortable
