We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the level of comfort, service, and attention to detail. The property is very high-end and elegant, while still being perfectly welcoming for families traveling with a baby. Upon our arrival, the baby cot was already set up in the room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The staff were absolutely lovely — warm, attentive, and always ready to help — making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The spa was absolutely incredible: beautifully designed, calm, and deeply relaxing. It was a real highlight of our experience and the perfect complement to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I had a great stay but I totally expected an only adults hotel. Having children at common areas and the spa change the overall Mondrian experience.
