Lovely staff. Great hotel. Food was fantastic. Room was exactly what I needed: clean, well appointed, comfortable. The whole stay was great. Will definitely be back.

The staff, in particular the concierge, Tomas, were wonderful. The spa was the best part of the hotel. The card key system in the elevator was problematic, we noticed many other guests experience this frustration. The housekeeping was not great, didn’t clean and/or forgot to leave clean wash towels etc. The climate control in the room also didn’t work right, would turn off or get way too hot at times. The lighting, in particular the bathroom, was too dim. The shade between the shower and bed area didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The room was too small. We went to the bar for a drink and were ignored and ended up at the bar at the hotel around the corner several times.

We loved everything about the hotel - the rooms were beautiful, the service was perfect, the spa was lovely, and we really recommend the restaurant. The sushi is great. We'll be back.
