The hotel is generally excellent. We had a Junior Suite using SNUs giving a saving of about €300 per night. The room was very nice - big fluffy bathrobes and towels, heated mirror in bathroom, big walk-in shower. No power point anywhere near the seating area. Good breakfast and had a good meal in the restaurant one night. The only complaint is about their cancellation terms - 15:00 on second day before night concerned. I can understand this for total cancellation/no-shows, but when events conspire to have to leave early, then notifying them on the evening two days before due to SNCF cancelling train and only finding space having to leave a day early, they are not prepared to use any discretion and refund the final night; given most Accor hotels are fine until 18:00 on actual day, this really stings particularly given this in an expensive hotel.

Great flow and check in and service at front desk, disappointed about lack of concierge while we were there. Told we would be upgraded but given an accessible room and AC did not work. Breakfast was delicious and large variety and kind staff. Drinks at the bar were good, bartender did not seem engaged

Available of room with luggage received at 4pm.... no excuse from anyone Breakfast good, Service at restaurant / bar good, Restaurant below average and pretentious at the price close to the best Japanese restaurants in Paris or NY! Four days to receive my invoice (with two mistakes) after 2 mails, 4 calls... While at the hotel I requested a room for two more days : answer yes room available, We let you know in the next hour rate, we are in a rush, four days later still no news, I went to another hotel. In a few years when reception has learn the work, maybe it will be a good hotel (for restaurant, change the chef !) So disappointing. Usually Mondrian is way above this

Lovely hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Wine list was well selected for the region. Friendly staff and always ready to help with bags and cars etc. The spa looked great, unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. The rooms were excellent but the description of suites is not reflective of your room, room classes need revisiting.

I enjoyed the hotel very much. Your staff are excellent particularly the restaurant servers and the cleaners. I really can't think of anything I disliked -- €9 seems a bit greedy for a bag of chips in the mini-bar. I didn't like the smell of the toiletries in the bathroom.
