The car park cost 16Euro for 11hours was a hidden additional cost! There was no option to pay by card for a car park (cash only) so I had to spend my last Euro banknotes for car park. Also, there was a person doing drugs at the stairs of a car park - very disturbing!!! On top of that, while checking in on the computer system your machine run out of paper (!!!) so I couldn't get a paper slip with entrance code & room number. I had to call for help to get the entrance code & room number which was quite stressful in the middle of the night.

The hotel itself is exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Budget: clean, functional, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The staff were professional, and I have no complaints about the accommodation itself. Unfortunately, the location significantly affected the overall experience. Being right next to the main railway station means there is constant activity well into the night, including frequent police and emergency vehicle sirens. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to consider. The biggest disappointment, however, was the parking. Although there is a garage directly connected to the hotel, it is operated independently and must be paid for separately. The payment machines did not accept bank cards during my stay and only accepted cash in small denominations. This forced me to leave the garage and look for a place to exchange larger banknotes simply to pay for parking. The condition of the public garage was also very poor. During my stay I encountered people openly preparing drugs on one of the staircases leading to the street, and the lift was so heavily soiled with urine and human waste that it was unusable. While the hotel itself offers good value, the surrounding environment and parking experience mean I would not choose to stay here again.

Small room that was not what we were supposed to get, but we didn't mind. A little too small for two people but room was clean and everything worked well. Staff was very nice and despite them saying they don't speak english, they did a very good job. The bed cover was too small for both of us but luckily I had my own blanket.

Intimidating, smelly car park. Unclear doorway and entry arrangements. Two pillows for 3 people. Quilt too small for double bed. Uninviting and uncomfortable plastic toilet and shower. Overcharged x3 for terrible breakfast (stale rolls and limited choice). Terrible coffee. Parking charges. Frankly, it was sleeping in a shipping container.

Erst mal das positive:Das Zimmer und Hotel war sehr sauber.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen.Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat das man vom Hotel gleich ins Parkhaus und umgekehrt gehen kann und das dass Parkhaus nur für Parker zugänglich ist.Jetzt das nicht so schöne: Ich hatte das Zimmer nach vorne und da fuhr sehr oft die Straßenbahn und ein anderes Gefährt was sehr laut ist, dazu kommt das die Polizeistation gegen über ist und öfters mit Sirene losfahren.Da steht man gleich senkrecht im Bett. Apropos Bett: Die Matratze war sehr hart gewesen.Nochmal zurück zur Lautstärke:Ich glaube auf der anderen Seite des Hotel wo die Züge lang fahren ist es bestimmt nicht viel ruhiger.Was mir gefällt hat ist ein Fön auf dem Zimmer und ein kleinen Mülleimer im Bad.Den Lichtschalter im Bad musste ich erst lange suchen, da dieses sich im Zimmer weiter hinter hing.Ob ich nochmals In Krefeld buchen würde? Eher nein!weil es mir einfach zu Laut von den Aussengeräuschen war.Ich muss zwar noch einmal im July für 2 Tage nach Krefeld,vielleicht man man mir ein gutes Angebot und würde eventuell darauf zurückkommen.
