Room and staff all nice enough. Room gets all the street noise from Bourke street. Ordering amenities from the messenger service was useless, requested 3 times, hotel replied with contacting relevant team. This was over a 3 hour period and nothing came. Had to go down to reception to get request fufilled. No way to know what amenities are available - just needed a toothbrush. Wasted time while trying to relax. Free drink on arrival, had to be consumed at roof top bar full of loud drunks. We had a child with us and eneded up leaving as it was not a suitable place to have a drink as a family.

I have been used to better with the Pullman brand. Room was noisy from water issue (glad I was able to change room though). Check in was slow. Breakfast is small. I had to change the booking to add an extra night and it got more difficult than it should have.
