i tried a lot of Pullman hotel, but i think this is the only Pullman 5 star but it doesn't feel like 5 star

We were on a luxury escapes package with lounge access (elevate) found no info about when cameras and drinks were available or opening hours for breakfast and lunch. They then tried to charge us for a 58 lunch and forgot about out $50 meals voucher.. Room was good and clean. Staff said there were plenty of changes and food locations. Bottom restaurant not open

Great location. The lounge and staff is one of the best. However we are disappointed to removal of spirits to members. We are light social drinkers and enjoying a mixed drink in the lounge with evening canapes was a highlight. We recommend spirits been served by staff as a solution if self serve is no longer available.
