We paid extra for a high floor for it to be "quiet". We might as well have had the window open because we could hear every sound from outside.
No sleep-in at all.
Also for what we paid for the room, to then have to pay extra for WATER.
All in all, not worth the price.

Our highlight was the beautiful Elevate Club and Braydon who was always professional and helpful, along with his staff. Downside was long queue for breakfast on the Sunday and parking facilities ( lift in carpark not working ).

A hidden gem in the heart of the city. We had our 11 year old son with us and it was great to be able to walk out the door into malls and food courts or just down the road to some amazing lane ways. Staff were helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Love the venue and location however the whistle noise from the heating cooling intake is very annoying and having to leave a window cracked open then lets in road noise. May I suggest simply drilling some small holes under the door to allow air to be drawn in and stop the squealing noise.

Repeat visit to this hotel, a very central location, comfortable rooms, normally great and friendly service.
On this occasion, the start was a bit shaky, early check-in not granted, then he room was not ready at the normal check-in time. Waited in the lounge for the promised phone call to advise us that our room was ready, which never came. Turned out they forgot due to a change over in staff. So 2 hour delay in checking in.
But luckily things improved and we had a generally comfortable stay, the lounge was great for breakfast, friendly and efficient staff.

Elevate club was very good: staff were excellent.
Tried to opt in to go green program. Didn’t have room cleaned on Thursday: asked how to claim advised by reception staff go to Blossom bar & you will receive it. Blossom staff said go to reception. Enjoyed dining in the dome. Staff in blossom; not very friendly. We went out to bars to other venues where felt we welcomed & staff friendly.
