This hotel is not in the old town but it is still relatively convenient. From the airport, you take train S16 to Hardbrueke (2 stops). From the hotel, you take tram 4 from Technopark to the main train station in 8 stops (10 mins). This hotel is within walking distance to the rental car pickup, and a large Coop is just across the street from the hotel. The room is big. The bathroom is small. Water temperature is not consistent but this is not deal breaking. The last time we were in Zürich, we stayed at Sheraton which is very good too. But if I come to Zurich again, I would stay here.

The air conditioning was loud in the evening that both nights I had to put on my headphones to block the noise, otherwise I couldn't sleep. Unfortunately, there was no way of turning it off.

This is definitely not the level of comfort we want our guests to experience. If the noise came from the air conditioning, it can actually be turned off completely by removing the key card from the room. However, if it was the ventilation system, then unfortunately it cannot be switched off. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we apologize that this affected your stay. We will check the unit in your room to ensure everything is functioning correctly and to prevent similar issues in the future.
