I turned up about midnight to the hotel, and it was soon apparent that I'd booked the hotel for the following weekend in error. The night staff on reception could not have been more helpful and rebooked me for the correct night without extra charge.

Comfortable beds. I appreciated the commercial gesture to refund the late checkout due to the annoyance caused given the cleaning crew was not aware of the late checkout request. I would definitely repeat stay at the hotel as overall experience was excellent. Check-in was also very easy and quick.
