The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and I was recognized as an Accor Platinum member. The rooms are clean. The food in the restaurant was good but there could have been more variety at breakfast. Although I was a single traveler, there was only one small pillow in the room.

You need to ask for the good rooms,as this hotel has different categories including a certain noise level from the outside, while the windosw is open. This hotel is pretty old, accordingly stuffed, so do not expect too much!

Sunshine04335269036 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review
Single room rather small. Only one pillow provided - a second one provided on request. One lamp in the room did not work. At some point the door lock decided not to lock on exit, so anyone could enter without a keycard. Hotel staff responded promptly, got it working again but without any confidence it would reliably stay locked and then unlock with the card. Breakfast choice poor for the price. Staff helpful and efficient.

This is a nice and clean hotel hotel with a pleasant restaurant (I had both dinner and breakfast here). The waiting staff are excellent. I also appreciated the welcome gift for Accor members. It is easy to get to the hotel from the Bahnhof. Thank you to the hotel staff and management for the pleasant stay.

AC not working. Very hot room. Pillow and matress really uncomfortable. Expensive considering the quality of the room.Not four star hotel. Bathroom old. Waiter was rude at the Bar. The staff at the front desk was correct.
