Nice room and position but no cleaning

I was there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room or set the bed. I had the same towels for 4 days and the basket full of wastes. This is not accettabile at Mercure

forgot to serve my starter, Rumpsteak was over cooked and blend (menu mentioned chimichurri but was nowhere to be found) potatoes were overcooked and the salad was terribly basic

Nice and clean hotel just next to the Bochum central station and city center. Unfortunately, wifi is not for the business people that have to have fast and stable connection.
