Location is good, if you continue traveling next day, no need to go into the city centre. Room was super small, really, not even enough space to walk to thr bathroom. They do reconstruction of the lobby and they did not stop operation of the hotel, which is bad, you go in and you see all the dirt and smell and dust, also not safe if you are with small children who can fall down. There is a ramp to enter the hotel with luggage, but management of the hotel hanged a paper on the door stating that ramp shall not be used for luggage!! Are you serious, manager of this hotel? I just used it as I do not care about such stupid decisions! Also the restaurant was not working, although description of the hotel contained that they have restaurant. I will not go to this hotel again next time, would choose another one.

Hotel being refurbished, no notification that this was going to be the case. Restaurant closed bar served a very limited six items on the menu overall the hotel felt very dated and not up to the standard. I will expect for ACCOR hotels. As a Platinum guest I stayed in many hotels and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a very long time. The Reception staff are extremely unfriendly. The only positive was that both the gentleman who served in the bar were extremely nice but they were the exception. I will not be returning back to this hotel..

​We booked the hotel for an overnight stay on our way home from vacation. We booked about an hour before arriving and reserved two double rooms (2 adults and 2 children). Upon arrival,chech-in took really long, and the young man, though really friendly seemed to having trouble finding us in the system. We were assigned rooms on the ground floor. There was some kind of event going on in the bar, which could be heard from the rooms. ​One room was very cold, and the other was very warm. The air conditioning did nothing but make a lot of noise. In both rooms, the bed was only made up, and towels provided, for one person. We found an extra duvet without a cover in one of the rooms and solved the issue in the other room with a blanket we brought ourselves, as it was so late that we just wanted to sleep, and we only noticed it on our way to bed. ​The breakfast was good and varied.

We stayed for 9 nights in preparation for Challenge Roth. Our initial check in experience was poor as the lady at reception was very rude, however this was not the case for any other staff member. They were all polite and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic but restaurant food is poor. I would not recommend eating on site. We did not have a car so had to use public transport. This is a 800m walk to the subway. There is no restaurants, cafes near by.

Three minor complaints. The dinner restaurant was unclear. Two nights dinner was either not available, or not up to par for a hotel of this level. Some nights it was closed. It would be useful to know this in advance. Our room (207) was very small for two of us, travelling with equipment and four suitcases. I would prefer a larger room next time. The other comment I had was the rates were all over the place. We extended our stay after IWA to visit Nuremburg, and the rate offered was substantially higher than available online. I would prefer to have saved you the fees, and paid directly, but the rate I was quoted (for the extension) was $265 a night, whereas online it was $120. Your breakfast however was exceptional and the staff were great. We will likely book again next year for IWA, and more than likely bring additional members of my team.

I've been there for IWA 2026, the hotel is well placed, near the "messe" on the middle of a park. The hotel is clean and design (liked the elevator movie) and the workers are kind. It's a quiet place after a long day. I'll come again.
