We booked the hotel for an overnight stay on our way home from vacation. We booked about an hour before arriving and reserved two double rooms (2 adults and 2 children). Upon arrival,chech-in took really long, and the young man, though really friendly seemed to having trouble finding us in the system. We were assigned rooms on the ground floor. There was some kind of event going on in the bar, which could be heard from the rooms. One room was very cold, and the other was very warm. The air conditioning did nothing but make a lot of noise. In both rooms, the bed was only made up, and towels provided, for one person. We found an extra duvet without a cover in one of the rooms and solved the issue in the other room with a blanket we brought ourselves, as it was so late that we just wanted to sleep, and we only noticed it on our way to bed. The breakfast was good and varied.

We stayed for 9 nights in preparation for Challenge Roth. Our initial check in experience was poor as the lady at reception was very rude, however this was not the case for any other staff member. They were all polite and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic but restaurant food is poor. I would not recommend eating on site. We did not have a car so had to use public transport. This is a 800m walk to the subway. There is no restaurants, cafes near by.
