The bracket that holds the shower head was broken, please fix this one in room 510 Missing a bottle with water and a nice glass There were 2 paper cups in the room, but one was definitely dirty!

The overall experiencing this hotel was really terrible. Here are just some examples that you give me an impression: - Room: very noisy - Bed: the mattress is covered with som kind if plastic foil below the sheets which makes sleeping very uncomfortable - In the evening I went to the restaurant and bought the burger. I ordered the burger medium. When it came to my place it was completely raw which I noticed after the seconds bite. When I complained the waiter apologised and took it away. They cooked the same burger again and returned it instead of providing a new one. - Breakfast. Just just one person is taking care the breakfast. Which means constantly something is missing. In the short time I spent there first plates and cutlery, next orange juice and finally hot water for tea was missing. Everything got only replaced if you explicitly asked for it. Furthermore, the restaurant does not offer real cups but paper cups for breakfast. Overall really terrible.
