My heavily pregnant wife and I checked in and were walked to our room, past a filthy waiter soaked towel in the hallway from the leaking air conditioner in the roof dripping on the floor. We entered our room and put some things down. There was an awful smell in the room, so we turned the air conditioner on in the room, the display was broken and it wouldn’t turn on. I went and got the staff member from reception to look at it. He said “oh yeah, it’s just a broken display, but it still works”. He fiddled around with the buttons and got the fan to start then left. We let it run for a while and it didn’t get any cooler, it was just blowing smelly warm air. The staff member wasn’t interested in helping us, so we had to make do with opening the window so we could at least get some airflow. It was a really hot day Thursday, so was very uncomfortable. It was extremely disappointing service and terrible facilities and upkeep on the hotel. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there having seen what it’s like.

Could do with some extra cleaning, the edges and corners where full if dust. The cups and milk provided aren't inline with your want of saving of the planet, small cartons of milk would be much better and China cups, I used 6 milks just to make a coffee so much plastic going into landfill. And information pack would be great on your services offered and good local food places to eat. We weren't told about the breakfast or anything. The staff are lovely and friendly and location was very good.
