I made a late booking and room was confirmed instantly. Asked for a early check-in but room was not ready but assured to have it ready a priority. Reception was very attentive and well mannered even remember to offer a complementry drink without asking . I was fussy to ask about a particular room and reception made sure I was given a room I wanted. Overall had a great stay .

I needed to do work while staying, but the wifi didnt work from my room (signal not strong enough and kept dropping out). Since I was on the lowest floor also was blocked from using mobile signal at workable speed (with Telstra) so very slow up/downloads. Was disappointed with the parking as well, no boom gate or fence on the carpark backed directly on to footpath or KFC drivethrough. Very anxious overnight about security of things in back of ute or car for break-in. Also had to move my vehicle from one part of carpark to the other after noticing the security camera was broken. Breakfast was also a waste of money, I grabbed 2 apples but otherwise no real option except toast or cereal from what I could see. Staff were friendly and room was clean so no issues there.

I enjoyed another stay at Ibis Enfield. However the TV in Room 204 was missing some channels such as all the SBS channels, ABC HD (20), 7Mate & 7Bravo. Please retune the TV thanks.

Tiniest room I’ve ever seen, mould on the pillow, yellow stained doona, non-adjusting air conditioner that hasn’t been cleaned its whole life, had to argue that I had booked & paid for a late check out then got locked out of my room. Will never be back.
