There are no elevators and auto check-in system allocates a room which is on top floor knowing in the booking that we have a small child with us. No person available for help even around 9.45 PM. We had only 2 blankets and 2 towels in the room but booking was for 3 persons (including child) and since there was no staff available for asking extra blanket/towel.

Ibis hotel sign not clear for a car in the road. No overhead light in the shower with exposed light socket and exposed wires to rising water vapour.

We regulalry use ibis and ibis budget as the brand is generally good value and consistent. This one was a let down though. Very hot with no way to cool the room, no toilet paper in room, only hand towels in room. Not as clean as other branches. However, breakfast was good though the seating area was very cramped. Will stay at different ibis next time.
