MultiTripper Couples - TripAdvisor review

We chose this hotel because of the short distance from the train station - and the price. Considerably cheaper than other hotels in Augsburg. Our room was of course small but unlike some Ibis hotels we actually had room to turn around. Everything was very clean and new looking. The king size bed was so comfortable. Only 2 pillows but you can ask for more. Only 2 small thin bath towels but again - just ask for more if you need them. The staff in this hotel are really helpful and friendly. Before we arrived I was thinking “ oh no we are in an Ibis!” Today I am checking out thinking “that was a really nice stay!”

Couldn’t access hotel car park due so parked a few buildings up the street in a multi-storey for €12 overnight. No air con in the rooms; we were on the 4th floor and stayed when the overnight temperature was 20 degrees - please consider this if choosing to book. Tried to charge us twice at check in when the room had already been paid in advance. Rooms and bathrooms basic and tired. More basic amenities-wise than the ibis budget we’d stayed in the previous night in another city.

Tiny, crampy room without Air Condition. The bathroom was not even 2 sqm in size. Parking is shady, there is no indicated parking but one can leave the car with the office building next to it, if one asks. The receptionist was very friendly and offered to help keeping the barrier open if it was closed. Had no breakfast

Had a very enjoyable 4 night stay during Euros with husband whilst over to support Scotland. Staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly, hotel was clean, rooms were a good size. Bathrooms a bit small but functional and still comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Five minute walk from train station, very close to centre and just 10/15 mum walk to Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you
