Relatively cheap stay 10 mins drive from Lille. Room is tiny similar to a cabin on a ferry. No aircon or fan.

Arrive late at night and found that automated check-in system. Room was clean and had good rest. I met the staff in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly.

Tiny hot room with dirty brown water out the taps and no amenities in the local area very disappointing. The tap, toilet and shower all flowed with a stinky yellow water which left the room with an aroma of sewage

Myself, my wife and my daughter have been travelling around Europe for 20 days and we stayed in multiple ibis across the continent, including the UK. We had wonderful stays in all other Ibis and costumer service was really good and really helpful, unfortunately we did not feel welcomed in Ibis Budget Rochin in Lille and our stay was horrible, we could not wait for it to end!! The pictures on the website did not meet the actual hotel, it’s very far away from the city so you have to get a bus for 20 min and then a metro for 10min. The hotel it self it’s very old, the rooms are so small so I would definitely not recommend for a family, the shower is already super hard to take a proper shower from how small it is, the corridors smell like cigarettes so you can definitely tell there’s people smoking in the rooms, there’s no lifts so if you have lots of suitcases (like we did, and we had to stay on the 3rd floor) you have to go up a lot of stairs). We had to pay for the breakfast at the hotel which was 8.5€ each because there’s nothing around in the neighbourhood to eat, very poor breakfast, not many options available and everything seamed quite old. There’s one guy in the reception which was really nice from Morocco but the other others you could see that they didn’t want you there at all, we didn’t welcome or comfortable. We aspect more as it’s a Accor hotel and we loved our past experiences in the other premises, in our opinion this place should be closed! Plus, as we are ALL member we got in contact to see if they could help us to move to another hotel. Their answer was: “Nothing that we can do but we will address that to the staff members of the hotel” nobody has spoken to us and what is the point of being a member?! It is only for the discount?! I thought of being member of something or a club means that your loyal and they take in consideration what you say but means that being part of ALL is just a matter of getting discount through the website that is not even accurate.
