They woke me up at 9am when the checkout is defined at 12. Very annoying when arriving late. Also, people around fell asleep with the TV on very loud and no one could take care of the situation, empty reception desk

We arrived late and due to a computer glitch the hotel didn't have our reservation despite us paying for it and having a cofirmation email. Fortunately they had had a cancellation so after a lot of difficult conversations and negotiations we got a room. Usually a great hotel with a wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff.

Ideal for a overnight stop. The beds are excellent, friendly staf and very reasonable prices. We used a family room, which is ideal for a family with two kids. Breakfast is also just what you need. No fancy stuf, but all that is there is fresh and good.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful especially the welcoming receptionist. Fantastic breakfast too. Our second visit and we’ll come again next year on route to our ski holiday
