I come to this hotel for business purposes since about 25 years. Hotel corridors carpet is getting old but rooms are OK. Considering current critical times related to COVID, I would have expected more care in terms of cleanliness in the Restaurant area (not for dinner but for breakfast). During the 20 minutes I spent there, there was nothing (i.e. bread tong) to pick up the pastries (thus by hand) and the floor was fairly dirty around the orange juice machine...

Nice stop on a road trip, isolated but nice location...

On a family trip of 2 adults and 2 daughters, we stopped there for 1 night and enjoyed the swimming pool, very good dinner and good buffet breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located close to important highways in the countryside. A bit isolated, but nice mountains around… Room is clean, compliant to Novotel standards, yet a bit dated and surprisingly no vault (safe) in room… Covid recommendations are globally respected yet a waiter was not wearing his mask properly and we had to cope with that since this person was likely not being attentive to clients welfare. All other team members were very nice and professional !

The location was the key to deciding which hotel I selected. I wanted a hotel out of the City close to the main road to break my drive from Calais to Cannes. It was my 2nd stop the first being in Toures. The Hotel is frankly tired, of the old Novotel Design. Food was expensive from a limited menu. Beer at 9€ for 500cL was very expensive. Unlikely to stay again.

With the Coronavirus outbreak your staff were so very professional, hospitable and made me feel that I could of stayed for longer and would have been looked after despite this global issue. As a foreigner I fould this warming and a really nice example of the human spirit. I hope they stay safe and are not to adversely affected especially through loss of wages.

Convenient location for travellers, nice breakfast, but most of all the service was great: Went above-and-beyond to correct a booking error I had made. They did not have to do this, but I really appreciated it and will be staying here again on my stop-overs in the Grenoble area.

We stayed in Hotel Novotel Voreppe on the way to skiing in the alpes. It's perfectly placed just off the A48. it has a decent restaurant. I gave it 5 stars based on my expectations and value for money. It was my birthday, I didn't tell them but they noticed and a card and gift was left in our room. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable.

We were only here for 12 hours between skiing and our flight home. However we were impressed with a good sized family room where the kids had individual beds, welcoming staff and a great breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool although closed for the winter looked goos, along with the children's play area and views to the mountains. The rooms were of a good size, but they were too hot. Breakfast was excellent with luxury features such as the freshly squeezed orange machine.

Basically everything is OK, but the internet connection sometimes interrupted or it is quite weak. The walls between the rooms are quite thin so i can hear noise from the neighbor or from the corridor. I wanted to heat up the room a little bit but the heater did not blow warm air. (an sauna would be nice)

Just not much to do as there are hardly any indoor facilities. The restaurant menu choice is limited and the standard of the food is only OK. The staff are friendly and my room was adequate and clean.

Comfortable overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. Only downside was cheep and tatty paper cups for in room hot drinks with meagre supply of milk and weird assortment of teas. The dinner menu was also largely too exotic for my taste.

We sadly only stayed one night on route to Annemasse The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic meal in the resturant in the evening. Good quality food and not expensive. The breakfast was excellant. Also the hotel is easy to find. We visited the village of Voreppe after a drive though the Parc of Chartreuse. Really a beautiful location. When next in the area will certainly stayed hat this hotel again.

Overall I liked the stay. Only minus was that the room was extremely cold when I arrived, due to airconditioner and it took a while to heat it up. Also it would have been nice - as a non french speaker - to have at least one english speaking program on the TV.

Indeed we are sorry for the air conditioning, nevertheless it is still soft outside and we can not go into heating mode. What we can offer, after checking that your air conditioning is off, is install a small auxiliary heater, we have in Reception. Regarding the English channels, do not hesitate to contact the Reception next time, because we have English channels (CANAL +, CANAL + CINEMA, DISNEY, FRANCE 24), and it is unfortunate that you do not have any advantage.
