Can only say that breakfast was disappointing. We went down at 8.45 Am to very little hit food left, coffee machine being cleaned and some degree of chaos. Assuming this is new and by next year will have it under control.

Not really satisfied of accommodation vs the price (small bathroom and small room for this category

Bonjour Monsieur B., Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour au Novotel Grenoble Nord ne vous ait pas donné entière satisfaction. Nous entendons votre deception concernant la taille de nos chambres et des salles de bain bien que de celle-ci, soit bien spécifiée dans nos descriptifs ,lors de la réservation . Nous comprenons que le manque d'espace ait pu vous gener. Il est également précisé que ces chambres sont concues pour 4 personnes : 2 adultes et deux enfants afin de bénéficier de l'espace nécéssaire pour un séjour agréable. Vous nous avez prévenus et nous vous en remercions, que vous veniez avec un troisième enfant , celui-ci étant agé de moins de deux ans , celà ne pose pas de problème pour nous, mais il vous a été précisé que compte tenu de l'occupation de la chambre soit deux adultes et trois enfants, nous ne pouvions pas installer de lit bébé pour des raisons d'encombrement pouvant entraver la sécurité. Nous sommes toujours à l'écoute de nos clients pour trouver les meilleures conditions d'accueil, mais il est dommage de nous reprocher la taille des chambres quand nous avons fait au mieux pour vous accueillir dans une chambre famille prévue pour 4, même avec un enfant supplémentaire. Nous serons toujours à l'écoute de nos clients pour trouver les meilleures solutions possibles. Nous esperons cependant que malgré ces malentendus , vous avez apprécié le reste de votre séjour et nous esperons vous revoir dans notre établissement lors d'un prochain séjour.
