Front counter lady was rude and she is not ready to list us , iam not at all happy with there service pls do allocate a friendly staffs soo guest can be comfort.

I probably did not pay attention very well for what I was booking, but it may be worth it only if you are desperate. The price is not that better than other regions in the close neighborhoods. The apartment has no AC or fan - it was like a sauna to sleep. The walls are really thin, so you can hear all cars on the streets and the neighboring apartments. the common areas were usually dirty (shower and bathroom was acceptable). Again, for what I paid, I could get something better close to Anvers or Guy Moquêt subway stations.

We arrived in the hotel with our 2 small boys , and we only had to use the bathroom and shower in the next morning and is when we realized they had a camera place in this area ! We tried to talk with the hotel employers and they said no one never complain and this is for security reasons. We complain with Accor and they said this was wrong and would solve the issue, we wait half day and nothing so we checked out and move to another hotel! Is already 3 days waiting their answers and nothing!
