Except for the room temperature, everything was fine. The room temperature was below the promised 19 degrees.

Nos enorgullecemos de ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y lamentamos no haber podido proporcionarle la temperatura de habitación que deseaba. Le pedimos disculpas por las molestias, pero efectivamente estamos cumpliendo con el plan de sobriedad impuesto por el estado, no obstante la temperatura de su habitación es regulable hasta 24°.Esperamos que esto no haya afectado demasiado a su experiencia en general. short experience with a good nigh. but no happy end as a power cut (planned) shorten our stay and we were not able to enjoy our breakfast, even if we paid for it we are waiting for a compensation. hoppefully it may come regards

Location quite far from centre, little in imediate surroundings. Room clean but bags of both rubbish and linen lingered awaiting collection in corridors. Good wifi. Friendly staff. Breakfast good if you get there early, things run out and a bit cold if not. No natural light in breakfast room. Neighbouring sports centre hosted noisy party til gone midnight under my window - staff did not consider there was anything they could do. Did not offer to move me. Standard Ibis Styles decor. It was pretty much all that was left to book in Thonon les Bains when I booked last minute: if I went to that location again I'd try for budget Ibis next door first, but I'd prefer to be more central. Assez éloigné du centre-ville, pas grand chose aux environs . Chambre propre mais des sacs de déchets et de linge sale traînaient dans les couloirs en attendant d'être ramassés. Bon wifi. Personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est bon si vous arrivez tôt, sinon il y a des choses qui manquent et c'est un peu froid. Pas de lumière naturelle dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Le centre sportif voisin a organisé une fête assez bruyante jusqu'à minuit passé sous ma fenêtre - le personnel n'a pas considéré qu'il pouvait faire quelque chose et n'ont pas proposé de me déplacer. Décoration Ibis Styles standard. C'était à peu près tout ce qui restait à réserver à Thonon les Bains quand j'ai réservé à la dernière minute : si je retournais à cet endroit, j'essaierais d'abord l'Ibis économique à côté, mais je préférerais être plus près du centre-ville.
