Very good hotel. Very friendly welcome at the reception. Breakfast was very good. The only drawback was the broken air conditioning on the hottest days. The hotel did everything possible to alleviate this situation as much as possible.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Styles Thonon-les-Bains. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and contained everything I needed. Breakfast was very impressive - I couldn't have wished for better. The staff were very kind and welcoming too, especially Lucie at the breakfast.

Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The children also really enjoyed the Table Tennis and Baby Foot facilities. Really well thought out for families. Shame the pop corn machine was empty but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
