It was a fun hotel with games and nice common areas, quiet but still vibrant. Very kind and helpful staff. I wish I had received an email reminder the day(s) prior to checkin to be sure that date was correct. I went to the website, entered all details, all were correct but it said there was no booking. I called to France, and reception said there is a booking. A reminder email would hv been helpful, especially since the website had issues that day. Before booking on All.com, I booked the same room 2x on Booking.com and paid. After both times, Booking.com said the room was no longer available while I was able to book it on your website. So in my overall experience, the booking part was made less positive since it went through the Booking.com partnership first. Other than this, the stay itself was very nice 😊
