The room is basic, but we got everything we need. We are happy with the stay, but not too impressed with the payment administration. The pre authorized transaction hasn't been cancelled yet after we checked out 5 days ago.

I had work in Santeny so I chose Ibis because of its location. It was comfortable and provided all I needed. The breakfast was by far the best part of my stay! Absolutely delicious and the staff was very helpful.
