Horrible smell of cigarettes and weird other smells, toilets didnt work and shower was in bad condition , and could hear all the noises outside my room

The issues you raised regarding the plumbing and the condition of the bathroom have been forwarded to our technical teams so that the necessary corrections can be made as soon as possible. Regarding the cigarette odors, our establishment is entirely non-smoking. Despite the signs and reminders on this subject, unfortunately, some guests do not respect this rule. We do everything we can to address these odors as soon as they are detected, but we recognize that their complete elimination can be difficult. We are truly sorry for this. Could be cleaner, bathroom too small (you have to open the bathroom door to be able to enter the shower). Room booked for three and was ready only for two (had to ask extra pillow and towels that took some time to arrive - person at the reception was the only one doing everything). Entrance of the hotel very dirty - not very welcoming! Also stairs and corridors could be cleaner. No lift available. A small accident quite unfortunate: first room we got was already occupied and we only discovered when opening the door… it was quite embarrassing when we opened the door and the family in the room (already in bed) looked at us… this kind of mistakes should never happen, but unfair to put the blame on the receptionist given that, as said above, he was clearly the only worker doing everything in that hotel… On the positive side, goo that they accept pets, the room was clean, during the night no noise, the parking is safe.

For the third bed, we confirm that in our triple rooms the bunk bed is not prepared in advance: all the necessary linen is provided in the bag placed on the bed, as mentioned in our information. We are sincerely sorry for the room assignment error you experienced on arrival. This situation should not happen and we understand how embarrassing it must have been. Our team is deliberately small in order to maintain a good quality price ratio, but remains available to help as quickly as possible, even when one person is handling several tasks at the same time. We also take note of your comments about the cleanliness of the entrance and common areas and will reinforce our checks on these points.
