I was ridiculous!

In the moment of reservation I informed the hotel it was a room for 3 adults, what is my surprise when the bed for the 3rd person is not ready to sleep in!!! It was 1a.m and zero information about that online. Additionally, there were no towels for 3 people!!! To finish, the space between the bed for 2 persons and the wall was so small I've 2 bruises in my leg, and my older brother another one! There were only 2 electrical plugs in the room!!! This is the XXI cent!! each adult have a personal phone!!

It came unnoticed that this hotel had rooms without air-con. The heat was terrible. The sink inside the room next to the bed. A cabinet inserted in the room for the toilet and the shower. Very bad quality for the price paid...

We was greeted with an unwelcome desk manager, who was rude even when we tried to speak french to him! The bed was extremely uncomfortable and barely a bed at all! The room was very dirty and not well maintaned! People were banging and making loud noises throughout the night! One of the pillows was very dirty, with hairs on it.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a choice Hotel member. I definitely would stay at this hotel again
