My experience was somewhat dissapointing. i have been in this hotel before so I compare with previoius stays and nearby Novotels. The sauna was closed and breakfast had rather limited choices.

Our checking was smooth, and we have enjoyed very much our stay at the hotel. We appreciate the overall quality of the service as well as the very good and comfortable facility. We believe that the location in the nature and the availability of a pool are a must for the hotel. Our kids have very much enjoyed the lovely play room available in the lobby.

Hi, I was in France while temperatures were very high (~95 / 100Deg F). Arriving in the room, it was very hot. I turned on the A/C to max but effect was very slow. Seems that A/C system reached its cooling limit.

Staying in this place frequently the recent change of staff didnt make things better. The friendliness and level of cleanliness dropped (finding some left behind flower leaves behind the toilet door), or having an argument with the receptionist to get some more coffee for the (in the chosen room rate included) minibar. Tea and a beer were missing completely.

People working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. There are different measures for COVID which is good, but the cleanliness is far from spot on. I don't think my room was cleaned with a vacuum, especially in the bathroom...

The rooms are clean, but the corridor to the rooms (2nd floor), smell bad. Carpets needs a dip wash. The reception at arrival have a risk of having your credit card informations exposed. one receipt had my card info printed in full. Anyone can access it! This must change. On the coffee counter, one lady was talking to us without facing us, practically denied us everything. Her colleagues came, then he served us coffee, very friendly, professional.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly, the facilities good . we stayed for a wedding reception. The food staff and the food - both superb!! we would definitely stay there again.The ONLY downside is ...It is about 20 mins from the nearest station.Thank God for Uber!!

with not many business hotels in the area this one puts in a decent enough set of scores. good secure car park, comfortable rooms, decent wi fi, and a reasonable breakfast. Only challenge as a not very proficient French speaker was communicating with the front desk, but we got through just fine

We chose this hotel for our family break to visit Vaux-le-Vicomte and to let the kids pool and relax before we tackled Paris. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, pool was fine (though the pool room was very hot). We had a family room and 3 doubles, all were comfortable. This was during the canicule, but 3 of the 4 rooms were able to handle the heat. Room 303 did not cool comfortably. The breakfast was good and replenished well, though the 9:30 end time seemed a little early to us. Included parking was plentiful. We would certainly stay again.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Excellent reception staff made us feel very welcome. Room was very comfortable. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening which was very reasonable. Service was excellent.

The swimming pool was closed without any information and the service in the restaurant for the diner was very non professional. However the facility for the wheel chair accessible room was pretty good.

Very disappointed with this hotel, very tired in communal areas, broken mirror glass in lift, cigarette buts on floor, room service trays left in corridor for hours! When we checked in we were put in a 3 person room instead of a 4, then were told the correct room wasn't ready & had to carry towels to the new room because they wouldn't transfer them. Even worse, was woken at 3.30 am by a group of very drunk people on the floor above who then decided to keep everyone awake for 3 hours. The guy on breakfast duty was very apologetic but then I got fed up again as the the plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty! I have stayed in quite a lot of Novotels as they are convenient for travel and usually great (in a low key travelling with kids way) but this was horrible and has made me re-think if I would stay at another one!

Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you had to experience. We will take the necessary steps to avoid any similar case in the future. Your remarks are especially valuable for me in a continuous effort to provide service quality. Yours sincerely,

We had a one a night stay at the hotel with our daughter and grandchildren and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent as were the staff - all of them - had a very good evening meal and a plentiful breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to a return visit thee next time we are travelling through France.

we stayed in your hotel from 28 may 2014 until june 2014, simply saying last weekend . Why we choose for specially your hotel: we looked for comfort during our stay. There for we choose executive ( special designed room in 4 stars hotel) with slippers, bathrobe, coffee maker, iphone dock station etc. First of all, when we came in hotel, during we came (until I asked it by self) receptionist did not explain anything about breakfast timing , hotel facilities, any general information for a guest. The room was clean enough but nothing about executive and design. Should say this "executive" designed room and for economy class would be difficult to range, furniture not only cheap and simple but also at least 20 years old..For me it was looking more like F1 hotel type.. Coffee maker works but bottom part for a cups is broken,iphone dock station ( Philipps) not loading, slippers, bathrobes was not available. I called immediately to reception and asked to arrange what its needed, she promised to come in the room and to see, but after 2 hours nobody came( we were staying in the room and waiting) I came douw to reception by self. Receptionist explained me that she was busy and "searching" for a bathrobe and slippers...there for I was enormously upset and asks to connect a hotel manager. Later we received a call in our room from reception that 30 % from our payment for this stay will be payed back to my credit card. During checked out receptionist repeat me that monday I will received a invoice and the money will be transferred to my credit card account. Until now it is not happened. What you think, what kind of range I can give to this hotel?
