Dear Fatima Z. L., Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay. I regret that the accommodations did not meet your expectations. However, we are within the standards of Novotel in France, and many Novotel hotels do not have the advantage of having a terrace or a balcony with a table and chairs. Basically terrible. Shower tv and phone were all difficult, worked poorly, hard to get help. Worst part..manager when I arrived Friday May 29 was just awful to me.:you have a horrible policy of taking a deposit of more than the cost of your stay out of the guest’s bank account. He said thst was up to the bank which is not true, you just take it. He was rude. When I went down to complain about nothing working he got angry with me, kept going on about how I did not respect him and I had to agree to be respectful. He would not let me leave until I said yes to his question “are we good”. I finally said yea because otherwise he would not let me go back to my room. Horrible experiences Dinner..2.5 hours to get simple dinner. Lady manager next day very nice, breakfast fine. But I was shaken by that awful manager.

La douche ne comportait aucun défaut technique. Concernant notre politique de dépôt, celle-ci est mise en place pour garantir la sécurité de votre réservation. Je comprends que cela puisse être déroutant. Celle-ci est mentionnée sur toutes nos plateforme de réservation. Mon collègue vous a d'ailleurs montré celle-ci lors de votre arrivée. Je prends note de vos commentaires sur le service au restaurant et je m'engage à les partager avec notre équipe pour améliorer notre efficacité. Je suis ravi d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé notre responsable du lendemain sympathique et que votre petit-déjeuner a été à la hauteur. Concernant notre collègue de la réception, nous avons eu plusieurs retour de membres de l'équipes et autres témoins sur la manière dont vous vous adressiez à lui.
