Everything is broken and dirty here. I stay here very often to see my family, especially when the Novotel down the street is too expensive. The AC does not work here at all. It blows hot air-- in every room. The toliets are very used and gross with strains. The shower heads are clogged and the beds are super uncomfortable. However, the staff is very nice and are well trained.
