Difficult to describe all issues (please read the details)

1) Bed broken and not repaired (suspension issue) - mentioned but no feedback 2) Bathroom sink water stuck 3) Bathube water stopper missing. After complaint it was provided to the room, then it cannot be removed anymore. I went next day to reception and it was promissed to repair together with the other issues, nothing was done and the room was not cleaned anymore. No communication to me as customer. 4) Several times during my past stays I had the issue that shower soap or hair conditioner or shampoo was empty. Each time I had to request for replacement. Room service is not attendive and not cleaning it. 5) IN general no bodylotion in the room. Asking the reception for body lotion is sometimes successfull and sometimes not. Mostly the reception doesnt know even what is body lotion. 6) If glasses or cups in the room are used they are not cleaned. 7) In some rooms Pillows are wrapped into a plastic shelf inside the normal cover to save cleaning cost but it makes sleeping unconfortable. 8) Air condition is not working in summer but no ventilation is available 9) As a Platinum customer according to the Accor website a gift should be provided upon arrival. There was never any gift provided to me upon arrival, only once after requesting it. Asking the reception they tell you that this is voluntary but according to the website it should be provided to Platinum customers and it is nothing written about voluntarily. 10) Customers are seperated at the breakfast according to races. One morning I wanted to have breakfast was all rooms in the "Caucasian area" were occupied so I went to the "Chinese" or "Asian" area to have breakfast. Honestly I felt comfortable there because I speak Chinese and I worked in China. But then the staff very rude asked me to go back to the Caucasian area. For me this behavior seems to be not according to usualy inclusive and diverse environment we live in. I dont want to say that this can be considered as racism but I dont think it is ok. All this does not reflect the Accor standard nor the behavior towards a Platinum customer of Accor. The hotel is old, management is investing nothing into renovation. It is the worst Accor hotel I have stayed in the last 15 years in the world. The only reason why I continue to stay there is because despite all the obstacle the area near a lake is a good place for having a evening walk but also because Coline from the Team tries her best to handle the bad situation onsite. She is trying her personally best to improve the situation but it seems that the management provides no money for all the efforts.

We provide our homemade honey as gift for Platinium Member this winter. You’ ll have yours next time. The pillows are in plastic dust protectors, not to save washing. Finally, I would like to make it clear that we treat each of our clients with the same respect and desire to please. We welcome everyone (exactly like our staff member) and are very proud to do so. We enjoyed our stay in this well located hotel with excellent service.The morning sun rise just out of the bar near the swimming pool, facing the lake was a great moment with my wife.

The hotel is well located on the lake of Créteil, which makes it an oasis of quiet in an otherwise busy neighbourhood. Good service, but the interior merits a serious renovation.

Too many things in 3 days

1)I had to proove my reservation 2 timzs on the second day providing your confirmation 2) to reprogram my key other 2 times 3) the pannel on the wall fall on my bed in the middle of the night at 2 am . I ask to check the second one that was unstable … nobody removed both of them… a little too much
