We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, 15 minutes (walk) to the metrostation. Nice swimmingpool to relax a bit and good breakfast. They even had Rituals products in the bathroom (which I liked!).

Pleasant and helpful staff. Lobby area well appointed and clean. Restaurant area also good, food also ok. Very nice that there was a pool but it closed at 8 when we arrived - not clear why we could not use it when it is directly in front of the dining area and the kids were excited to jump in. Room was unfortunately the low point. Bed and pullout old and uncomfortable. Pullout makes noise when children rolling over due to age. Bed uncomfortable due to age and rubber mattress cover uncomfortable. Bathroom toilet was dirty and had a sticky film on the floor. Area around the hotel looked quite outdated. Vehicle charging stations on property did not offer Type2, so not useful for me. Was an Ibis rated experience but jnder the price and brand of a Novotel, not good.

A nice 4 night stay. A very positive experience. Nice staff. Great plus with the pool, even though the water was very cold. The hotel has a very nice restaurant, had dinner there one evening and the food was delicious.

The hotel itself is run-down: the rooms are not modern, the walls and flooring (carpet!) are dated and not sufficiently maintained: musty smell, not fresh. I stayed there for 2 nights: the room was not vacuumed after the first night. Hotel staff were not fit for the job; absolutely no idea or knowledge of how to run the bar or how to manage additional breakfast-places. The evening waiter was an older man (all respect to him) who was 'hired' on call. Ordering drinks took hours before they were brought. Overall: as a member and frequent Accor user, a very bad experience!

From the delicious Valentines Day dinner after our long flight, to the dedicated and friendly staff, the Hotel Novotel was perfect for our five day stay. It’s my second time staying here, and it was just as comfortable and convenient as the first time. The breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS and don’t end until 10am which works great when you’re on vacation and want to sleep in a bit longer. It’s a 30(ish) euro Uber ride into downtown Paris which was the most convenient and easiest way to get around. The Soleil mall nearby is such a bonus - don’t miss it! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is quite old in their room furniture, especially if you come with kids, the 4 people room has a second bed quite old and not confortable at all.

Negative comments: 1) There is no ramp nor elevator to lug heavy luggage into the hotel. It was extremely inconvenient for me who have leg injuries; 2) There was no hot water in the morning when checking out. The technician was not around to fix the problem. I had to check out by 8am. At 6am, I asked the hotel if they could let me use any unoccupied room for shower before I leave. Sorry was the only apologetic word from the staff and I was told to wait till the technician come to fix at 8am. I guessed he could not understand when I told him that I had to check out by 8am. 3) Cheap metal bed used. Squeaking. 4) Cheap wire frame shelving used in the room. Positive comments: 1) Ample for free car parking 2) Free Wifi despite slow speed access. No complain. Breakfast: No comment as I did not take during my stay.
