The hotel itself is run-down: the rooms are not modern, the walls and flooring (carpet!) are dated and not sufficiently maintained: musty smell, not fresh. I stayed there for 2 nights: the room was not vacuumed after the first night. Hotel staff were not fit for the job; absolutely no idea or knowledge of how to run the bar or how to manage additional breakfast-places. The evening waiter was an older man (all respect to him) who was 'hired' on call. Ordering drinks took hours before they were brought. Overall: as a member and frequent Accor user, a very bad experience!

You charged me full price at check, instead of the price after deducting points. I asked the next morning to be refunded but didn’t get anywhere. I’ve emailed the hotel to receive the refund but haven’t had a response. Very poor service.

From the delicious Valentines Day dinner after our long flight, to the dedicated and friendly staff, the Hotel Novotel was perfect for our five day stay. It’s my second time staying here, and it was just as comfortable and convenient as the first time. The breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS and don’t end until 10am which works great when you’re on vacation and want to sleep in a bit longer. It’s a 30(ish) euro Uber ride into downtown Paris which was the most convenient and easiest way to get around. The Soleil mall nearby is such a bonus - don’t miss it! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.
