Reservation code was not accepted at the access machine. Absolutely no help from customer service so left room less at 1am with a child. Not worth taking the risk - stay somewhere else

Arrived quite late but check in was very fast, room is small but for the price and being next door to the nightclub we were visiting its all we needed!

The hotel was well situated and comfortable. A special shout out to the lady on duty who dealt with a problem with the entry code for my room and was always helpful and friendly inspite of being on duty all night and all day!
