The hotel is very well located and has a good breakfast. Regarding comfort, it's poor; the double bed is small (not a queen-size). The service offered is also poor; there's no one to carry your luggage or at least help you with it. Overall, what really makes it attractive is the location, which is next to the tower.

Dear Hotel Management Team, Following my two-night business stay at Hôtel Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel, I would like to share some feedback. As a long-standing ALL Accor Diamond member who regularly stays at Accor hotels worldwide, I appreciated the upgrade to Junior Suite 1131. However, several aspects of my stay fell below expectations. 1. Room maintenance * The liquid hand soap holder had come loose and fallen into the sink, making it difficult to use. * The toilet flushed poorly, with water draining very slowly. * The sofa repeatedly slid out of position when seated, making it uncomfortable. 2. Breakfast service on 16 October I arrived at 9:50 a.m. with my partner and paid an additional €20 for breakfast, without being informed beforehand that service would end at 10:00 a.m. after we sit. We were subsequently told we had only 10 minutes to eat, and the buffet was cleared at 10:00 a.m. The male staff member at the breakfast entrance was also unwelcoming in his manner. I suggest informing guests of the closing time before accepting payment and allowing guests who are already seated an additional 15–20 minutes to finish their meals before clearing the buffet. I am sharing this feedback constructively because I value the Accor brand and expect basic room maintenance, clear communication and courteous service. The toilet was not working, I mentioned it at the reception but they had not really a response for the problem. My kids had to go downstairs where the reception is to go on toilet. That was very disappointing. It was room No. 424. Please check. We would be happy to get a refund of a part of the price. Thank you

The hotel was in a great location and had more space and was clean. Stayed for three nights. The only downside was that I came back to the hotel one day to find that housekeeping had dropped something on the floor and didn't pick it up for me. And They didn't help us replenish the body wash when it ran out, which left us with no body wash on the last day! so I hope that improves!

The location could not have been better, just a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was fine just needs some updating as does most of the hotel. It was clean and very comfortable although we never had a daily clean and had to ask to have the towels changed.

The desk/concierge desk not helpful at all. Very rude in fact. Spend a total of Four nights in 3 different Mercure hotels. All did not go well in each. Room change to smaller because toilet didn’t flush. Another room change because no electricity. And always made us feel badly, not the other way around. Very little GF options for breakfast and we’re not nice when asked for it. Showed me two things then said that’s it.
