Hotel was nice and in a great location. Our original room was spacious and had a view of the Eiffel. However it was not fully cleaned after the previous guest, with garbage in the can and on the floor and dirty undies and lingerie in the closet. We were then moved to a smaller room with a view of the Eiffel, but it was several floors lower and the coffee machine didn’t work. Overall-great location and nice, but a few preventable issues and frustrations.

Access cards to the rooms can open all the rooms. Anyone with an access card can open any rooms its very dangerous. When I was inside the 3 people just opened and came inside.

We booked three rooms, requesting they be adjacent to each other for our family holiday. Unfortunately, the rooms were scattered far apart, despite informing the receptionist of our request. Furthermore, the air conditioning in one room wasn't working. We reported the issue, but were told no technician was available that day. The next day, the technician's repair didn't resolve the issue, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. We were offered an alternative room on a different floor, far from our family, but declined due to its unclean condition and malfunctioning air conditioning, similar to the original room. This experience was very disappointing.

well located, the staff were nice, they ungraded my room with the view of eiffel tower. My room was couple room but quite small, but because of the location, we were satified in general.

Hôtel is comfortable but in my opinion it is not as highly rated as advertised. Good location near the Eiffel Tower.
