The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had enough space for our stuff. The standard room was big enough for a bed and a couch. The Hotel employees were very friendly and the luggage man was very kind to us. Metro just about 5minutes and of course the Eiffel Tower just around the corner

As I said in the front desk when I checked out: "it could've gone much better". I had some issues with having my room cleaned up at the end of my long walking day. When I came back at night, the room was untidy, trash bin was incredibly full of garbagge, dirty towels were spread out on the restroom floor like it was at the time i'd left in the morning (I took some pictures). To make things worse, I tried to call the front desk staff to complain about this by phone, but, eventually, it didn´t work either. Then they sent someone to me to sort things out who didn´t speak a single word of English or Spanish. He carried an app on his mobile phone to translate conversations and it all became a nightmare. "Please, I said, bring me back clean towels and forget about that". You know what? I have the feeling that they were not interested in giving this the right way. That'd have to be unacceptable for a four-star hotel, wouldn't it? Besides this, I must add up that there was little room for clothing, very few hangers inside the closet (They provide me some of them after complaining) and no drawers at all. Restroom space, especially in front of the sink, was awfully tight for 2 people.
