Poorly trained and uniformed staff. Rang hotel 5 times to organise dinner, no one picked up. Not even reservations could get to the hotel. Unacceptable, will not return to this hotel.

We had a two nights stay at this hotel and the view from our room is stunning. We were at room 1207. The room was huge and very clean. The restaurant on site has a lovely food too. Thank you for our lovely stay Mercure Hotel, great location, highly recommended and we will definitely come back to this place.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, delicious food, extremely friendly and helpful staff - all in a great location. Would be more than happy to stay there again. Our own personal gripe was that the toilet was separate to the bathroom.
