From the moment we arrived,we knew it was going to be a fantastic experience. All the staff are extremely helpful, polite and proffessional. The hotel is spotless and the location is exactly where you need to be. Effiel tower is only 5min walk away. We will most certainly visit again.

We had a lovely stay at the Mercure Paris . Received a surprise upgrade from a lovely young man at the front desk & I am disappointed that I did not catch his name. We checked in on the 21st August & he was very friendly & took his time to explain everything & our room had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Lovely hotel & convenient walking distance to the Tower. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for our pleasant stay.

On the third day, there was no shampoo in the shower. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. There was no place for my daughter to do makeup except in the bathroom.

Very poor customer service we wanted a view of Eiffel Tower and was given a swap a few days later however when we went to switch later the room had gone Room was poor quality the cleaners were miserable and rude. One did they missed a room clean and I asked reception five times for a clean only to be ignored Never again
