This was our 5th stay at this hotel over the past 10 years. Front desk staff are always hiding in the office and we had to wait in line for a long time to get service and they’re not courteous at all, not a single smile. We moved to Hotel Edouard VII and Alfred Somnier Hotel and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was also very hot. We already turned down the thermostat to lowest setting on AC yet it was still blowing hot air.

We found the service subpar, for everything we had to do multiple calls to reception. Also we were double charged for pending payment, when we checked in and when we checked out had I not realised it, it would have remained like that
