The hotel is well located, the room is spacious , the bed and pillows are comfortable however, some areas on the room were not clean. There was some stains underneath the TV, right in front of the bed. I suppose you ask the cleaners to look around when they are preparing the rooms Thanks Ana

Top hotel , rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious 😋 the staff was extremely friendly and very helpfull. We would like to thank the people from IBIS Frechen . Our little boy forgot his Teddy bear in the hotelroom . Thank you very much for sending the Teddy bear back to Belgium . We are forever grateful. 💙 Staff was very nice and friendly Clean rooms and bathrooms Very nice breakfast

The beds in 129 and 131 and its cover sheets were dirty with big blood stains and other yellow spots, they were never changed after several visitors and never ironed, Also the shower was roasted and room 131 smells cigarettes smoking, the house keeping was not satisfactory, not adding wc paper and hand soap until we ask for it.

It is unacceptable that the beds and top sheets were not cleaned properly and that the shower was not in perfect condition. The same applies to the lack of toilet paper and hand soap, which is absolutely not our standard and we sincerely apologize for this omission. We will immediately discuss your comments with our cleaning staff and ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future. Additionally, we will take measures to ensure that rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. The Bed sheets and covers were dirty with big blood stain,also some quiry stains on the matress, the shower in room 129 was roasted hand soap snd toilet papers are short of supply in room 129, there was cigarettes smell in room 131
