Frustrating that even all my details are recorded in the App the contact details haven’t been accessible by the hotel, the invoice had to be changed three times due to an error on the address which is logged in the App.

Sehr geehrter Herr H., vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei uns hatten. Wir haben zur Kenntnis genommen, dass die Zufriedenheit mit der Sauberkeit bei 70 % lag. Gerne möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir seit dem 1. Januar eine neue Reinigungsfirma im Hotel haben und derzeit alle Zimmer einer gründlichen Grundreinigung unterzogen werden, um unser gewohnt hohes Hygieneniveau sicherzustellen. The receptionist / barman was friendly and welcoming (an older gentleman) and I sat at the bar and talked to him for a while. While the hotel is a bit out of the way, I found it easily enough and in the morning it was easy to get to the bus stop to get to Weiden West S-Bahn.

Bedding was ripped. Could have been cleaner
