Dear Madam, Thank you very much for your visit to our Hotel Mercure Köln West. You checked out on Sunday. Unfortunately, we have not received your request yet. However, after today\'s inquiry, we reviewed your bill and could not find any double booking, either in the invoice or the credit card statement. The overnight stay and breakfast were charged. Dear Mrs. W., Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed our friendly staff and great food. Your comments regarding the hotel\'s condition are appreciated, and we will take them into consideration for future improvements. But to be honest is a long term investment. In the last years we invest into Restaurant, Bar, Lobby and we did some soft refurbishment into the rooms. We get new TV sets, did the bedding, Sofa´s, curtains.
