Tiny rooms, horrible shower, boring dining menu.

The room was so small it was difficult to live in with only a small path between beds and the rest of the furniture. The bathroom was even smaller with only space to open the door. We couldn’t even fully open the window because of how tight everything was with lamps and such. The shower was a bizarre design that made you step up into the tub making it dangerous to get out of without slipping. The shower head water pressure was so poor it was difficult to clean myself. The shower also had a low ceiling because of its step up design and even more it only had a half door so water was always splashing everywhere. Further the shower didn’t drain correctly, required maintenance, and still didn’t drain correctly! The safe in the room was dead on arrival and required maintenance. The swimming pool wasn’t even fully available due to a class renting the time from the hotel. It made it unusable most of the time my family tried. Further there were no towels provided making it difficult to have shower towels and swimming towels. The gym had a nice cable machine but was missing proper workout benches and attachments. There was no free weights and the space was only large enough for one person.

Your comfort is important to us, and it is disappointing to learn that the room did not provide the space you needed. The challenges you faced with the bathroom, especially the shower design and drainage issues, are concerning. Safety and functionality are paramount, and it is clear we fell short in this instance. I have already reported these issues to our maintenance team to ensure they are resolved promptly. We will also re-evaluate the shower design to prevent such problems in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience with the room safe and the limited availability of our swimming pool. From Monday through Thursday, the pool is reserved for a swim school because we believe in supporting children who want to learn how to swim. However, we understand that this affected your family's use of the pool, and we will work on better communicating the pool schedule and providing more availability for our guests. Additionally, we will ensure that towels are always provided for both swimming and showering needs. Regarding the gym, we appreciate your feedback about the equipment and space. While our gym is designed to offer a variety of workouts, it is clear that additional free weights and more space would enhance our guests' experience. We will look into expanding and updating our gym facilities. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and facilities. 1. With my booking I had the option to choose for a baby bed. I didn’t get one because this hotel doesn’t have baby beds in general. While I also asked before. And then they told me you have a baby bed. If I knew sooner I had brought my own baby bed.  2. I’m sleeping Here with my baby of 1 years old and my parents.  From 00:30 in the night we get every hour a call of a man who said very inappropriate Things and he knew my room number. So I was super afraid and could not sleep at all. 3. The shower head was broken so the whole shower was wet in no time.

It was lovely to stay in this location with my kids. The pool was extremely clean and staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was super varied and tasty, I specifically appreciated the different dairy- free options;-)
