So far away from the center of cologne. You have to spend 40 minutes on a tram to reach the hotel. That is not a very good experience especially in the evening. However, the room is good. Clean and organized. The most important thing is, the bad is comfortable. Overall, I would give a 7 out of 10.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not available in the afternoons until 6 p.m. on weekdays. We had specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness facilities. Around 4:30–5:00 p.m., we wanted to enjoy these amenities with our family after a day of sightseeing and before going out for dinner in the evening. The pool was open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., but at that time we wanted to get ready to go back into the city for dinner. This was also not mentioned anywhere on the website. Had we known this in advance, we would have booked a different hotel.
