Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you experienced disturbances due to the noise level. Our central location on a busy street offers convenient access, but especially during high demand periods such as Carnival, there may be increased noise levels. The behavior of individual guests, such as doors being closed loudly, is unfortunately beyond our direct control. Nevertheless, we take your comments seriously and will remind our team to remain attentive. Please note that our Privilege Rooms, Superior Rooms and Family Rooms are equipped with refrigerators.
