we stayed for one night with our 2 kids. Everything was great! Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and I didn’t get a good night’s sleep because of that. We were informed at checkout that there was a pillow menu however this was not prominently displayed in the room.

Bad Check in Experience, seemed to be discriminated from staff. I admitted that I came early before time to check in around 2.10 p.m. I was so tried from long flight, so I and my college asked your staff (short hair one) to check in before time, if possible. She replied that room didn't ready yet, so we were waiting to check in at the lobby. However, during waiting, I saw 2 German Families started around 2:30 p.m., and 1 single man could check in before 3 p.m. I was so frustrated but kept patient, until she came to me and asked by name for checking in again around 2:55 p.m. I didn't see that she had to do anything. All cards and checking in was in placed in her drawer. My room and my college were assigned on 2nd floor. Hope that was a proper assigned room for normal guest. Because all my colleges from Toyota group were assigned room on higher floors. I am trying not to concern this kind of action was discriminated, but I fortunately all my colleges felt that we were treated that way. I would like to complaint and report in order to ensure no one would be treated in that way. My room number was 228 and my college was 227.

Within our Team are so many different nationalities, cultures and characters that we welcome anyone in our hotel with the same passion for hospitality. Kindly let me explain the situations, that you found to bis "discrimintating". As you said you were early for checkin and the room was simply not ready. Especially in the time shortly before checkin some rooms are finished a little earlier than others. Furthermore, the room type that you have booked, is only available on the second floor, you may easily check this on your confirmation. Hence, there is also a very simple explanation as to why you were allocated on the second floor. Mrs. M., I am sorry that you had this impression, but here you have judged us a little to quick. as you can see the things you mentioned have very simple technical explanations and have nothing to do with you as a person. It was a good stay except for the climate control in the room. The room was way too warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. So I opened the window and that helped reduce the temperature.
