We had a wonderful stay at Novotel City Centre Brussels. The hotel kindly upgraded our room, and after I mentioned during the booking that it would be my husband’s birthday that weekend, they also treated us to complimentary drinks at the bar and a lovely box of biscuits. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The staff were kind, caring, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their excellent service and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
