My family and I truly enjoyed our 6 nights stay there. The facilities were amazing and hotel staffs were mostly helpful. Especially love the fitness and wellness facilities. Breakfast is always the same spread throughout our stay but the spread is extensive and so we were always delighted to start our day with the hotel breakfast. The only downside is that the amenities such as toothbrushes, vanity sets etc has to be personally requested at the reception (although the information notes in the room says that we can just give them a call and they will bring them up). No bathroom slippers were provided and we have to pay 2 euros for a pair- also to be self purchased at the reception.

I wanted to use ALL gift cards to pay for my stay. The lady who checked me in said this was not possible, then I clarified by mail with the hotel subsequently that it was possible. I am an ALL Diamond member and at check-in should usually receive a welcome gift which didn't happen this time and also on previous stays at this hotel. The guy at check-out had no idea that I had paid for my stay with ALL gift cards, I had to come back about an hour later to meet different reception staff and finally receive back one of the ALL gift cards which still had about €46 credit left on it.

While we maintain clear payment protocols, we recognize better communication could have prevented this inconvenience.
