Great location, good breakfast. Staff at the reception was kind, could be a little bit warmer though. Two small issues that I experienced - the price for the stay was offered to me as higher for 5 euroes than the price confirmed through booking - or the sam as the initial in case I pay in local currency. I choose the latter, which due to bad coversion rate that banc Intesa has turned out to be around 30 euroes higher in the end. The other issue is the heating - It didn't seem to work at all, and I noticed the reception. The promise was that it will be fixed in a few hours, but It wasn't fixed untill the day when I was leaving. Couple of blankets made it bareable, but these type of issues shouldn't happen at all for a perfect rating. Was thinking about asking for price reduction, but eventually didn't want to spawn bad energy and waste time. I would still recommend the hotel

Room too small (mostly corridor and bathroom), and limited breakfast variety with few local product. Quiet during the night, kind and welcoming staff.
