I was here for my father’s birthday. An excellent place, mainly because of the incredibly caring staff. Especially Adevita, Ulihta , and Gayah from reservation team. They prepared a slice of birthday cake for my dad ❤️ Thanks a lot ! Definitely will come back.

Second time staycay after pandemic in this hotel (1st one was with my friends). Soooo glad I choosed Mercure for my family short staycay. Our 3d2n stay was so memorable. I booked several rooms & when I got there before check in time, some of the room already ready beforehand which made it easier to manage the room for my family. The rooms is quite spacious & have a good view (especially the room which got upgraded). Everything was in a good, besides for the lounge bar, it was closed during my stay & I think it opened again on the day I was checking out. The receptionist was very very helpful and kind, specially thanks to Mrs. Ulihta & Daniel for fully assisting us during our stay, as well as Ena who welcomed my family during breakfast. Definitely gonna come back here again for our next staycation ✨

One of cheapest list hotel i ever stayed. But, was one of the biggest room i ever experienced. The room comfort was very good. Clean enough, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and fully functioned. But one think for sure: we hate smoke smell. And i got a smoking room even after i mentioned it by phone. The hallway had very strong smoke odor and there was ashtray in my room with slight smoke smell. Pity, or else i think i had a 5star experienced with this hotel.

i think this hotel very impressive for placement location hotel. very stategic. you not need to walk out to find food or snack. just order online. everything they have it. and near to chandra's building. this building very iconic at pancoran.

Not clean/ hygiene, dust every where, quarantine cutlery was opened from the plastic by hotel side and contact directly with the food. What a nasty.

Thank you again for your hospitality during my stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota especially for the front office. I always love to have room upgrading at this hotel due to my Platinum member status. I will stay to this hotel again for the next trip.

It's my second visit to this hotel. The room was quite large and the service was great. But this second visit I have to give average rate. We found small shards of glasses and my husband almost injured by it. I reported to operator and front desk and NO ONE APOLOGIZED for this happened. I requested to vacuum the room and I had to call twice before they came. But overall the other service was great.
