Overall, the stay was good. The staff was friendly and available. We got a room upgrade, which was a welcome surprise. The breakfast was nice and well-stocked. The only shortcoming was that some of the towels were dirty from a previous user's makeup. So probably have the laundry double-check

Great location. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very efficient. Food was very good. Service excellent. Rooms were good size, clean, comfortable and everything worked without issue. Excellent WiFi and selection of international channels on tv. Very near tram lines which was great. Only about 15 mins from city centre. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again when next in Zurich.
