Poor customer service. Lack of basic amenities. No AC. No mini bar fridge or ironing facilities. Only 1 partially working elevator. Halls and stairwells are filthy and dark, with no air flow.

Very easily accessed via public transport, but it's not a noisy place. The rooms and beds were comfortable but there was no air conditioning (at least at some point I was sweating at night and had to open the window) The breakfast menu was really good and had lots of variety. There was no electric plug in the bathroom so I had to style my hair next to the TV in the bedroom (luckily there was a mirror on the wardrobe). Very nice and forthcoming personel.

Parking garage is terrible and unsafe. Lights used to warn of incoming traffic do not function. Cars are parked in the EV charging spots while not charging and no signs to enforce. The gate does not function reliably and requires staff to run down the stairs to open the gate often. Staff was friendly but not very forthcoming with helpful information other than the room key and the time of breakfast. We spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use lights/electricity. Heaters were poorly placed in the room and would be very difficult to use if we needed. Elevator buttons need serviced on every floor and only one elevator functioning. Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and we had the essentials for our stay. Breakfast was very well staffed and stocked, but maybe a little confusing for non-French guests ;)

This hotel was the perfect location for attending the World Chase Tag tournament in the Arena just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also perfect for using the RER train into Paris. That the kitchen stays open until 10pm was also great for us, we could still get something to eat even when we got back to the hotel at a late hour.

I liked Donatien's service! He was always super friendly, energetic and attentive. He's the reason I gave a neutral 6, honestly. After the hiccups from trying to reserve the room, I was unsure of what to expect, however, his warm welcomes were uplifting. It was quite confusing at first to find the reception because upon entering, no one was at the front counter which I was not used to. I do accept that this could be the way the hotel functions and that's totally fine. The room was okay... decent view and lots of light, however, it did get a bit warm overnight. I also commend housekeeping because the guy was always on the same time. Would I book again? Surely.

This hotel had the creepiest feeling. It was dirty, things were broken and the room didn't have adjustable air conditioning and so it was so hot. The lift didn't work coming down and so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. I was lead to believe when I booked that breakfast was free. Never again!
