I liked Donatien's service! He was always super friendly, energetic and attentive. He's the reason I gave a neutral 6, honestly. After the hiccups from trying to reserve the room, I was unsure of what to expect, however, his warm welcomes were uplifting. It was quite confusing at first to find the reception because upon entering, no one was at the front counter which I was not used to. I do accept that this could be the way the hotel functions and that's totally fine. The room was okay... decent view and lots of light, however, it did get a bit warm overnight. I also commend housekeeping because the guy was always on the same time. Would I book again? Surely.

This hotel had the creepiest feeling. It was dirty, things were broken and the room didn't have adjustable air conditioning and so it was so hot. The lift didn't work coming down and so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. I was lead to believe when I booked that breakfast was free. Never again!

As for the heat, please note that our hotel is equipped with a central air conditioning system, but it is not individually adjustable. If the room temperature feels uncomfortable, we can provide a fan upon request — please don’t hesitate to contact the front desk during your stay. We also sincerely apologize for the temporary elevator outage, which we understand may have made your departure more difficult. A technician was called as soon as the issue was detected. Finally, regarding breakfast, we confirm that your booking made through the official ALL – Accor website did include breakfast, as clearly indicated at the time of reservation.
