Hello, I booked the room for 45,44 and at arrival they invoice 58,44 and that it s not fair , i will not recomand for future !

Le personnel à l'accueil est très gentil, souriant et à l'écoute. Par contre, dans la chambre, des taches sur les serviettes de bain et la taie d'oreiller, des cheveux dans la douche, le nettoyage très limite dans la salle de bains comme dans la chambre. et le petit déjeuner à la française, ce n'était que du pain et de la confiture, je cherche encore les brioches.

Depuis mon arrivée à 18h jusqu'à minuit le restaurant d'à côté a mis la musique à fond (enceinte extérieure sur pied) pour ses clients en terrasse. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit, chaleur importante dans la chambre. Il a fallu fermer la porte de l'hôtel donnant directement sur le lieu de l'enceinte à deux reprises puisque quelqu'un l'a rouverte après la première fermeture...avec une canette écrasée. Le sol, le toilettes et la douche sont bruyants, tout comme les gens qui hurlent au téléphone quand ils accèdent à leur chambre à plus de minuit. Bref, un vrai havre de paix...

Malgré une très forte occupation des chambres suite à un we de 3 jours et une tv HS dans la chambre, une solution a été trouvé par le réceptionniste qui a su se montrer agréable et disponible. Suggestion : mettre les serviettes à disposition dans les chambres éviterait une sollicitation supplémentaire à la réception.
