Hello, We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments. Our hotel does not have air conditioning, and this information is clearly stated on all of our online booking platforms. We therefore encourage guests to review the listed amenities carefully before arrival. Regarding the swimming pool, it was not closed due to maintenance issues. Its seasonal opening is scheduled for mid-June, as indicated in our information. We would also like to clarify that the “trash” mentioned actually consisted of room service trays temporarily left in the corridors by guests before being collected by our restaurant team at the end of the service. Nevertheless, we do take your comments regarding the noise and overall comfort into consideration, and we are sincerely sorry that your weekend did not meet your expectations.
