Room was disappointing as it was quite expensive. It was in need of renovation, and did not even include a bottle of water in the room. Hallway carpets were stained / marked as well. Staff were good but actual building very poor.

Regarding the water, please note that fountains are available in several areas of the hotel, allowing guests to help themselves freely throughout their stay. Only our Superior and Executive rooms have been recently renovated, which may explain the difference in comfort compared with our Standard rooms that have not yet undergone renovation. We are, however, pleased to know that you appreciated the quality of our team, and we will be sure to share your positive comments with them. The room is old and curtains were dirty and stained. Way too overpriced for what is received and staff could be more helpful and friendly. Breakfast is average.

Our hotel is one of the very first Accor establishments in France — in fact, it is the 5th ever created in the country — and our rooms date back to 1970. This gives them a unique historical charm, although we understand that the style may feel outdated to some guests. Please be assured that your comment regarding cleanliness has been passed on to our team to ensure this does not happen again. We also regret that our staff did not appear as helpful or friendly as you expected, and that you found the breakfast to be average. Overall good experience, I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. My only two negative remarks are about the restaurant dinner service, which was not well organized (as if everyone in the salon was getting ready to leave their shift), and the rooms, whch after years of good services, require a "face-lift".

Nous sommes désolés si l’ambiance a pu donner cette impression, n’est évidemment pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Votre commentaire a été transmis à notre équipe de restauration afin de renforcer la coordination et la disponibilité en salle. Concernant les chambres, nous comprenons tout à fait votre observation.
