We are sorry that the breakfast service and the service did not meet your expectations, and we ask you to accept our most sincere apologies. Our hotel is a RSE which is why we do not offer bottled water in the rooms but before going to your room you can take for yourself a carafe of water and take it with you because we offer water fountains in the hotel. We apologize for this incident which does not reflect the usual quality of our services, I will report the malfunction immediately to the teams concerned. We hope to welcome you again very soon. We are sorry about what happened, especially since it is an event that remains extremely rare because our customers really like our bedding and restaurant, our hotel dates back to 1976 and it is the 5th hotel created by Accor in Europe that's why it gives you the impression that it's old-fashioned but that's what gives it its charm at the same time.
