It was a very convenient location for the trip we had. Driving an 100% electric car, having Electra charger is great. Breakfast could be better. Rooms could be refurbished even though spacious. Sofa bed not very confortable. Few Electric sockets did not work.

Unfortunately, my stay at Novotel Évry-Courcouronnes was disappointing. The room was extremely hot, and there appeared to be no effective climate control available in the hotel. This made it very difficult to sleep comfortably, especially during warm weather. The mattress was covered with a plastic-like protective sheet, which made the bed uncomfortable and caused additional heat retention during the night. More concerning was what I found underneath the protector: visible mold growth on the mattress. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and guest health. I reported this issue during checkout, expecting it to be taken seriously. However, the receptionist showed little interest or concern and did not appear particularly encouraging in addressing the problem. The lack of engagement was almost as disappointing as the issue itself. Overall, the combination of an excessively hot room, hygiene concerns, and an indifferent response from staff meant that this stay fell well below the standard I would expect from a Novotel hotel. I hope management investigates these issues and takes appropriate corrective action.

There is airing in the rooms which is very strong and can not be controlled or stopped. It was blowing so strong that I got sick. I reported it to the reception but they can not help.

The worst experience since a few years: No Air Conditioning, also no air extraction from the rooms working. Therefore no sleep possible as the room was sticky and steamy. Pool not open due to not performed maintenance. Breakfast Buffet was unsuiteable as everything was not available. Lound noises the whole stay due to the vincinity of the hotel to the highway and no noise protected windows installed. The whole hotel smelled bad, lots of trash was lying around. We had to shorten our trip and depart one night earlier in order to get home. Our weekend was ruined. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed.

We therefore encourage guests to review the listed amenities carefully before arrival. Regarding the swimming pool, it was not closed due to maintenance issues. Its seasonal opening is scheduled for mid-June, as indicated in our information. We would also like to clarify that the “trash” mentioned actually consisted of room service trays temporarily left in the corridors by guests before being collected by our restaurant team at the end of the service. A large and busy hotel with a good restaurant. Although there is a lift to the upper floors situated some distance from reception, it is accessed via a set of three steps which is not convenient if you have heavy luggage. The room was very clean but unfortunately the mattress on the bed was very firm indeed. No doubt this is good if you have a slipped disc, but most uncomfortable for those with arthritis. Being able to specify a room with a softer mattress would be nice. Plenty of charging points for electric cars although some maintenance of the car park lighting would make it easier to be able to see what one is doing.

Though the service was good, the rooms are old and not well maintained. The temperature was too warm and could not be adjusted; finally slept with the windows open! Not Novotel standards

I had a great time staying in this hotel. Rooms were a bit 'outdated' but comfy and clean which I really appreciate.

I stayed a couple of times in that hotel. Nice restaurant, friendly staff but the rooms I got became worse every time. Disgusting sink in the bathroom, dirty light switch, big stains on the carpet.
