A decent hotel which provided most of what a hotel should provide. Service was alright but not entirely great for me. However, kudos to the restaurant hall staff, the waiters and waitress really left a good impression and were very patient to English speaking guests. Good job!

I stayed for almost 10 days The breakfast is full of sugar with unhealthy things Even normal eggs is not existing. They have only œuf broue (milk with eggs ) Add to that no water in the room so if.you are dusty by night you need to go outside the room to.pick up a water The fun part is the gym. The hotel should be ashamed to call this room. a gym

Plus side: Fresh lobby and friendly staff Minus side: Uncomfortable bed, casting function not available, uneven restaurant experience, room feels a bit old.

We are sorry about what happened, especially since it is an event that remains extremely rare because our customers really like our bedding and restaurant, our hotel dates back to 1976 and it is the 5th hotel created by Accor in Europe that's why it gives you the impression that it's old-fashioned but that's what gives it its charm at the same time. It is essential for us to know the feelings of our customers, whether positive or negative, in order to improve our services every day and offer our customers the best stay. Dinner a little expensive, some odd charges on my bill

I found the dinner a little expensive for the quality received. Also, I had charges on my bill that I did not understand: I had only eaten once in the restaurant, but this seemed to generate several lines on the bill, I'm not sure why.

It was good time, taking a room at Novotel, the only points to improve is breakfast since specially on Friday to Sunday, it is not enough elections on the kitchen the time breakfast is offered
