I was very happy with my stay. This was a convenient hotel for businesses in E Evry Courcouronnes especially Genopole. The COVID precautions were all respected, the check in was efficient. The room was clean and perfect for a business visit. The price was very reasonable for the quality of hotel. The restaurant was good and the service generally very good. The menu was appropriate and well priced. On my next visit, I shall stay at this Novotel.

Been there for a business trip, easy access to the highway, to the metro station and downtown Paris as well, many restaurants are available by walk, also Carrefour is 10 min away by drive. The staff is nice, the breakfast was good and rich, the restaurant is cozy, I like the terasse by night, next to the pool. Eveything was fine for me.

On my bill I had 3 breakfast THAT I NEVER TOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE CALL THAT DISHONESTY AND THEFT!! UNACCEPTABLE !! response from the front-desk Clerck : we always do that it goes faster!! FASTER TO STEAL YOUR CUSTOMERS!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Basic accommodation with a fancy reception

Having previously stayed in Novotels I was surprised how basic this one was. The room wasn’t finished particularly well with messily arranged cables for lamps, kettle and music device. There were no drawers for clothing and no shelves below shoulder level either. Staff were either very lovely and welcoming or ridiculously unhelpful & grumpy depending on who was there. The footbath for the outdoor pool stank of wildlife.

I chose a Novotel because I understood it would be a midrange hotel rather than an economy hotel. I’ve stayed in Novotels before which had nicer rooms and facilities. The rooms here are very basic. The footbath by the swimming pool stank of rats. Some staff were great but some very unhelpful. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived by a lovely lady. Another day I asked if the receptionist could tell me where the nearest ATM was (a standard tourist question). He said ‘No’ and made no effort to help search for one. I expected a nicer room (finished to a higher standard) with some drawers to store clothing in, plug sockets on both sides of the bed. There was no lift serving our floor. The cleaner didn’t wait to hear a response before opening our door and got grumpy that we were still there.

COVIS#19 is not an excuse for everyting

The hotel is nice and the rooms are quit and clean. But the service was of bad quality. Due to the actula pandemic, there is not service. You need to carry your plate, things are missing. I even received a breakfast with no serviette and no cutter. The staff seems to be bored and not really helpful.

I came in Jan and Feb a few times and was happy with the "tray in the room" for eating. This time, it was carton-based "carry-out", which made is "fast-food like", which was a bit a pity.

Good stay again at Novotel Evry despite covid restrictions. Very friendly staff and good value for money rooms. The breakfast that you could pick up in the reception and eat in your room was fine. New beds that were not as hard as the previous ones it noticed, good improvement.

2 days in a row there was no hot water in the morning. I was told it was fixed but the issue persisted. Nothing was offered in recompense for loss of this very basic yet important amenity. Having to shower in cold water is not what I expected from accor hotels and I am sad to have to leave this review.

The hotel is very conveniently placed when travelling from Western France. The lobby is tastefully decorated, Staff is both friendly and professional, we liked the "non reception" area, with only a laptop and a mobile telephone.

Despite being a regular client to this hotel for years and having a gold loyalty for several years, this hotel does not make any effort to welcome you. On the opposite, I booked a superior room and I didn’t have even a bottle of water in the room.

We stay quite often at this hotel and now the ground floor was under reconstruction, which we didn't know and had to go via the first floor steps up and down for the elevator to go th 4th floor.This was not pleasant as my spouse has difficulties to walk stairs. If we would have known before we would not have stayed this time. Also we booked a night extra and this was at an expensive rate!

Wouldn’t go back again. The walls were thing, dinner was basic and the breakfast was expensive for what it was (16 Euros I believe). The location was as expected. The kicker? for a business trip, you’d expect to be able to access an iron!! Inexcusable.
