A large and busy hotel with a good restaurant. Although there is a lift to the upper floors situated some distance from reception, it is accessed via a set of three steps which is not convenient if you have heavy luggage. The room was very clean but unfortunately the mattress on the bed was very firm indeed. No doubt this is good if you have a slipped disc, but most uncomfortable for those with arthritis. Being able to specify a room with a softer mattress would be nice. Plenty of charging points for electric cars although some maintenance of the car park lighting would make it easier to be able to see what one is doing.

Though the service was good, the rooms are old and not well maintained. The temperature was too warm and could not be adjusted; finally slept with the windows open! Not Novotel standards

I had a great time staying in this hotel. Rooms were a bit 'outdated' but comfy and clean which I really appreciate.

I stayed a couple of times in that hotel. Nice restaurant, friendly staff but the rooms I got became worse every time. Disgusting sink in the bathroom, dirty light switch, big stains on the carpet.
