I have been staying at your hotel for the past 3 years. I have also promoted the hotel to my colleagues about the cleanliness and services. During this stay, I was asked at check in if I want to participate in the program to support Kids. I accepted to have my room cleaned every 2 days for my 4 days stay. Your staff did not clean my room during my whole stay even I complained twice on day 3. On the fourth night, after complaining again, I received towels. This is not acceptable especially when are paying for this service. Your action to support the kids has undermined your ability to support your own customers!

Not up to usual Novotel standard

Hotel was difficult to find. Check in was slow as only one lady doing so. Bed was basic , squeaky and mattress covered in plastic making it in uncomfortable. Good and drinks were expensive.

issues with the shower gel distributor in the shower - issue with order in restaurant (we were asked at least 3 times to repeat and finally we did not get everything) and breakfast buffet is not vegan friendly - only bread and jam I guess. Could you please add some vegetables and vegan yogurt/milk? thanks

room was dirty, floor with stains, completely not adequate price to quality, this is certainly not a 4 start hotel, i would never recommend it to my friends
