Bare minimum. Room was old and hot. Heat was set to 35! No refrigerator or microwave. Toilet room very small, no working ventilation. Staff very friendly. Lobby is updated but rooms are dated.

The staff are very pleasant but the hotel rooms are very dated. the carpets are threadbare and the rooms need to be refurbished.

A large and busy hotel with a good restaurant. Although there is a lift to the upper floors situated some distance from reception, it is accessed via a set of three steps which is not convenient if you have heavy luggage. The room was very clean but unfortunately the mattress on the bed was very firm indeed. No doubt this is good if you have a slipped disc, but most uncomfortable for those with arthritis. Being able to specify a room with a softer mattress would be nice. Plenty of charging points for electric cars although some maintenance of the car park lighting would make it easier to be able to see what one is doing.
