Concerning breakfast: - the choice of products was limited (compared to other Novotel or Mercure) - for the first 2 days there were many customers and ofter there were item missing (it took time to replace them) - the cleanliness was not ideal, in particular the coffee machine was disgusting

Nice and well equipped hotel but this time not a good experience

I've stayed here before and all was well. At the advice of a colleague I booked an Executive room this time. However I did not see any significant difference with previously booked standard rooms. A big setback was the presence of a COVID mask of a previous guest in the dust bin and the next morning there was no warm water. Neither in the shower nor in the wash basin.

I often stay in this hotel for my business trips in the region and I noticed that some of the rooms are better than others. If you are lucky you get a modern room with a big tv and nice paintings on the wall, if not you have a carpet with cigarette holes and an furniture. It is always clean though!
