disappointed by the ground floor room where the window was next (90 degrees) to the hotel entrance: impossible to leave the blinding curtain open for privacy. room was large, staff was nice and breakfast was good, in line with Ibis budget standards

Hello Team , I am writing this review as a FAN and well wisher of ACCOR GROUP and I personally an entrepreneur, Actually I have been a customer to ACCOR group since 2013 and I stayed in more than 13 countries with IBIS and always been pretty much satisfied with the IBIS service. But these is the first time I have ever wondered about the the hotel which I stayed which is full of smoking smell ,all the floor is very dirty ,blankets is full of stains ,shower water drain is not working,Toilet is very dirty ,There is not even one point to tell that the stay is good . I booked this room with a bit good price ,But even the room is not worth it . Till today I suggested most of my clients to use Accor ,From now on I think a lot before suggesting IBIS Thank you for your valuable time for reading my review

Neither the elevator nor the light in the room worked. A remotes control TV was missing. Old and with space that' smelled bad. Autèntics staff and very good breakfast.
